The fierce wind whipped up a sandstorm, covering the skies and making it impossible to see. The air was filled with killing intent, and the battle was about to begin.
In the pitch-black world, two beams of light collided—one red, one black. One represented justice, the other evil. Every punch they threw seemed capable of piercing the heavens and earth.
“Bang!”
Pica and Goku’s fists clashed, their clothing tattered and their bodies bruised.
“Ahhh!!” Pica roared, turning into a stream of light and charging at Goku, his fist cutting through the air like a dragon emerging from the sea.
Goku suddenly tilted his body, sweeping his leg toward Pica’s chest. Seeing the leg approaching, Pica crossed his arms in front of him to block the blow, but Goku’s ki blast hit his waist, sending him flying.
As Pica was knocked back, Goku turned into a black streak of light, chasing after him.
Pica flipped in the air and created nine small energy balls in front of him, spinning chaotically.
“Go!!” The nine energy balls shot toward Goku from different angles.
“Swish”
The nine energy balls successfully halted Goku, circling around him.
“I wonder if you can survive in a vacuum, Goku!!” Pica said coldly.
The nine energy balls spun faster and faster, and Goku tried to escape, but each attempt was repelled.
The air around Goku was slowly being sucked away. He gasped, his face turning red.
Goku bent over, his face twisted in agony. Black energy streams began to emanate from his back, forming a shadowy figure—a black giant with a massive fist that shattered several of the energy balls.
The black energy giant turned and glanced at Pica, its eyes filled with contempt. Pica’s heart skipped a beat, and his face turned pale.
“That’s… Takarus!!”
Pica’s mind conjured up the name, sweat dripping from his forehead.
The black energy dispersed, transforming into streams that shot into Goku’s chest, merging with his body.
Lucia and Fei Li, who were fighting Piccolo, also turned to look at Goku, their faces showing disbelief.
The black energy threads spread from Goku’s chest, covering his entire body.
A black suit of armor formed on Goku, protecting his heart, abdomen, shoulders, and legs. His hair turned from black to a lifeless gray.
Clad in black battle armor, Goku looked like an undead warrior from the depths of hell, exuding an aura of death.
“Is this the armor Trunks warned me about?” Pica wondered, frowning.
Back in Toki-Toki City, Trunks was shocked. “How is this possible? This shouldn’t be happening!”
Goku raised his head and sneered, appearing behind Pica in an instant. He raised a sword-like finger to slash at Pica’s neck.
Sensing danger, Pica turned to see Goku’s finger approaching and instinctively leaned back.
Although Pica reacted quickly, Goku was faster. His finger left a ten-centimeter gash on Pica’s face, and blood trickled down.
“Hmph!” Goku snorted disdainfully and punched at Pica like a raging dragon.
“Fifteen-fold Kaio-ken!!”
Pica’s fist, surrounded by red dragon-like energy, clashed with Goku’s.
A whirlwind emanated from their clashing fists, scattering the dust around them.
“Smack”
The two separated, their hands locked together.
“Ahhh…” They pushed against each other, their faces almost touching, noses nearly colliding.
“Die!!” Pica headbutted Goku, sending him flying.
“Ouch, that hurts!” Pica winced, rubbing his forehead as tears welled up in his eyes.
Goku shook his head, angry. His armor transformed again, sprouting six black spikes of varying lengths from his back, and his forearms extended short, wind-like blades.
They clashed again, transforming into two beams of light, exchanging over a hundred blows.
Not far away, Lucia and Fei Li, who had initially suppressed Piccolo, were now being overwhelmed.
Fei Li, having used the seven-fold Kaio-ken, was on the verge of collapse. Lucia’s left arm was pierced, struggling against Piccolo’s powerful Masenko attack.
“What!!” Seeing a black and yellow beam heading toward Lucia, Pica disengaged from Goku and pushed his speed to the limit.
This speed isn’t enough! Pica thought frantically.
“Ahh!! Sixteen-fold Kaio-ken!!”
Pica’s muscles bulged slightly, his speed increasing. Just as the Masenko was about to hit Lucia, Pica appeared in front of her.
“Smack”
Pica deflected the wide Masenko.
Lucia was shocked, thinking: Why? Why would you save me?
“Be careful, kid.” Pica said calmly, standing in front of Lucia.
Unbeknownst to him, he had left an indelible mark on Lucia’s heart.
“Watch out!!”
Goku appeared beside Pica, punching him in the face and sending him flying.
“Damn it, a sneak attack!” Pica cursed, getting up from the ground.
Goku and Piccolo flew toward Pica, attacking him together. Pica struggled to defend himself, feeling increasingly overwhelmed.
“Ahhh!!”
Pica spread his arms, blasting them away, panting heavily.
