Godzilla In Konoha - Chapter 533
These guys, not only do they have numerous troops, but they also have the means to resurrect?!”
“Then let’s destroy their souls, annihilate their souls, and see if they can still live!”
The Otsutsukis were almost driven mad.
They had never encountered such absurd situations where two planets were at full-scale war with seemingly infinite resurrection capabilities.
The Otsutsukis discovered that the individuals they had killed over ten times would simply rush back into the fray, becoming even more frenzied.
Since destroying the body couldn’t kill the opponent, destroying the soul seemed like the next best step.
However, the biggest problem was that the ability to destroy souls directly was primarily through the Truth-Seeking Balls.
Truth-Seeking Balls were extremely rare and only available to those who had merged with the Ten-Tails and gained its power.
Momoshiki, Isshiki, and others had never mastered the Truth-Seeking Balls until their deaths.
Only Kaguya, Hagoromo, Obito, Madara, and Naruto, who were either Ten-Tails Jinchuriki or had acquired the Six Paths power of the Ten-Tails, possessed the capability to create Truth-Seeking Balls.
This left many Otsutsukis in despair. They faced an enemy that could resurrect in the millions, and they only had a population of a hundred thousand to fight them off.
More importantly, as the battle progressed, the Otsutsukis gathered more intelligence and began to uncover more disturbing facts.
“These guys are strange; they all wield chakra, and nearly everyone can manipulate natural energy!”
“Having natural energy is normal. According to the intelligence we’ve gathered, these guys have attacked many life-bearing planets and killed many of our people! They must have acquired our clan’s chakra!”
The issue was with the natural energy.
For example, before Isshiki and Kaguya brought chakra into the Ninja World, native entities like Gamamaru were already aware of natural energy and had started trying to absorb it.
Some Otsutsukis subconsciously felt that these enemies might originate from a native group that had mastered and popularised natural energy practices.
Their decades of rampant invasion and slaughter of life-bearing planets were also aimed at acquiring more natural energy.
“But these guys are so skilled in the use of chakra, and can control the power of chakra through strange gestures. This is obviously the behavior of the indigenous people… What is going on?”
The patriarch noticed that some of the top fighters on this planet bore traces of the Otsutsuki lineage.
Those powerful Six Paths fighters with Rinnegan couldn’t be faked.
“Even if some of these eyes were harvested from our killed clansmen, it doesn’t make sense that there are so many… Could some of them be our descendants?”
The patriarch, face grim, realized the truth.
The battle intensified.
The Otsutsukis finally deployed their Ten-Tails into the battlefield.
“They finally used the Ten Tails. If we hadn’t been prepared in advance, we would have been in trouble.” Kabuto murmured with a smirk.
Over a hundred Six Paths level fighters, plus dozens of Ten-Tails of varying sizes, represented a formidable force.
It was simple to evolve the Ten-Tails into complete forms; each just needed to consume a pure-blooded Otsutsuki.
“Ten-Tails, that guy will be happy to see so much food.”
Yuuji also revealed a cold smile; having sealed Planet Godzilla for so long, it was time to let this behemoth loose.
He looked towards the other end of the planet, where two moons were floating, away from the ongoing battle.
The flesh and blood planet had expanded several times; the two moons seemed incredibly small, easily hidden behind the planet.
Yuuji could manipulate his planet to devour the two moons, hiding them inside the planet if necessary.
Yuuji then gestured slightly.
Planetary Devastation Release!
The flesh and blood moon immediately appeared before Yuuji, writhing madly as chunks of flesh fell, revealing the suppressed Planet Godzilla.
Roar! Roar! Roar!
Planet Godzilla, nostrils flaring and rarely emotional, was now furiously enraged.
The monster glared at Yuuji but soon was drawn to the several Ten-Tails on the battlefield. It was visibly excited at the sight.
Immediately, Planet Godzilla was too lazy to talk to Yuuji and couldn’t wait to join the battle.
“Speaking of which, you don’t seem able to fly…” Yuuji started, thinking to assist the creature.
But on Planet Godzilla’s back fins, dazzling beams of light suddenly emerged, and its posture subtly changed. Powerful jets burst from the upright fins.
Yuuji paused, “It seems it has integrated some of the Ten-Tails’ genes and achieved initial evolution.”
The Ten-Tails’ genes contain the capability for flight.
As Planet Godzilla charged to the front lines, it immediately captured everyone’s attention.
On the side of the flesh and blood planet, everyone was reassured seeing this behemoth enter the fray.
“It’s been decades since we’ve seen it.”
“Is this the legendary Planet Godzilla? Truly imposing, a fitting summon for Yuuji-sama.”
The Otsutsukis also turned their gaze, uncertain.
What is this creature?
By its aura, it surpassed most of the complete Ten-Tails.
“Is this monster also a plant?”
The Otsutsukis, using their Byakugan and Rinnegan, soon noticed the clues.
They sensed an aura vaguely similar to the Ten-Tails, which was very strange.
But it was undeniably powerful.
Once Planet Godzilla entered space, it fired a charged particle cannon, obliterating several Otsutsukis who had approached too closely.
The vastness of space was their battlefield, extremely expansive. These Otsutsukis were killed because they had actively confronted the threat.
It was inconsequential on Yuuji’s side, where death was not feared, even if some were killed by Otsutsukis wielding the Truth-Seeking Balls. With millions in the population trained for war and capable of entering Sage Mode, they did not fear losses.
However, the same cannot be said for the Otsutsuki side. The total population is only that large; if one dies, one will disappear forever.
Even if they have accumulated more powerful people over the years, it would be a massive ordeal to repopulate the entire clan.
Upon arrival, Planet Godzilla had already killed several Otsutsukis. Still, its charged particle cannon truly terrified them, as it was aimed directly at the surface of the Otsutsuki home planet.
“!!!”
“Hurry and stop this attack before it bombards our planet!”
The power of the charged particle cannon panicked the Otsutsukis.
What kind of power was this? Why was it so strong and able to traverse hundreds of thousands of kilometers, yet its intensity was undiminished upon reaching the ground?
Numerous Otsutsukis rushed to block it, managing to minimize the damage.
“What is this? A full-powered charged particle cannon with a strike range covering a star system.”
Yuuji observed the front-line battle situation.
Meanwhile, his cells were silently spreading.
Each person emerging from the flesh and blood planet naturally acted as a carrier for spreading cells, which increased aggressively upon the death of their host and contaminating their killer.
These were all time bombs.
“Wait a bit longer…” Yuuji smiled.
Planet Godzilla had already devoured a Ten-Tails.
After being suppressed for so long, Planet Godzilla finally had a feast, like a wolf among sheep.
Even though the captured Ten-Tails desperately fired Tailed Beast Balls, they couldn’t stop Planet Godzilla.
Some Otsutsukis rushed over, but immediately, masses of flesh grew on them, transforming into multiple Yuujis and attacking them.
“What is this monstrosity!”
“The blood splashed on my clothes when I killed people; how did it turn into these things!”
“You’re still better off; this stuff directly grew out of my body. This ability is very similar to the matriarch of a branch family’s trick, using the cells of the Ten-Tails to assimilate life forms…”
Otsutsuki Kaguya?
Some Otsutsukis recalled the matriarch of a branch family.
Because it genuinely resembled assimilation.
The weaker Otsutsukis, finding their bodies being aggressively invaded by the flesh, were terrified.
“So this is his ability, creating a vast number of clones? Truly a scoundrel relying on numbers for warfare.” The patriarch immediately looked toward Yuuji’s position.
With so many warriors already in battle and the leader able to explode soldiers, this battle was becoming exceedingly troublesome.
“If it weren’t for that guy suppressing our clan’s space-time ninjutsu, this battle wouldn’t be so difficult!” an Otsutsuki gritted his teeth, blasting away an opponent before him.
“If we didn’t suppress your dojutsu, you’d have no way out. Extinction is your only outcome.”
Kazue, riding the Susanoo, flew back into the fray.
“The arrogant fool! You rely on our clan’s power to fight against us, utterly absurd!”
“Absurd? The person who wins is the only one qualified to talk about absurdity. You haven’t won yet, so what are you shouting about?”
Kazue’s face was cold as she recklessly used her dojutsu for indiscriminate attacks.
Her two Mangekyo-level dojutsu continuously altered reality, launching direct attacks to try and erase the opponents.
She managed to erase a few weaker Otsutsukis.
Though she was quickly surrounded and killed by several Six Paths-level Otsutsukis, she resurrected on the spot, unharmed.
“I stand here, let you kill me as you please, and you still can’t kill me.” Kazue sneered, her face also showing a hint of madness.
This grand-scale war greatly pleased Kazue; she could unrestrainedly display her power.
Finally, Kazue used her most potent dojutsu.
“All of you guys just fall into an eternal cycle. Live painfully in the crevice between reality and illusion. This is my strongest dojutsu, Izanami!”
The ultimate form of the fate-deciding technique.
Instantly, the opposing Six Paths-level Otsutsuki’s bodies began to turn ethereal.
“What, what’s happening?!”
“Don’t you get it? I have erased your reality, yet you’re not completely in the realm of illusion. You will always be circulating in the form of a projection of reality.”
Kazue sneered.
This fate was more painful than death, throwing them into a crevice between two worlds, stuck in a perpetual cycle.
Gradually, the battle, centered around Planet Godzilla, becomes more brutal the closer it gets to Planet Godzilla.
Millions of soldiers surrounded Planet Godzilla, using their lives to block the enemies.
Since they could resurrect immediately after dying, there was no need to fear as long as they weren’t struck by the enemy’s Truth-Seeking Balls.
Planet Godzilla had already devoured a small Ten-Tails and immediately rushed to the next target.
The many Ten-Tails began to focus fire on Planet Godzilla, firing massive red-tailed Beast Balls that killed countless individuals.
But when the attacks hit Planet Godzilla, they were all ineffective.
“What a joke! This monster endure so many Tailed Beast Balls!” Shouts of alarm erupted.
Planet Godzilla stared at the numerous Ten-Tails, extending its claws and tearing at its massive body.
With each swipe, it tore off parts of its own massive body.
Once separated from Planet Godzilla, these body tissues transformed into new Godzillas.
“Is this how my Godzilla came to be?” Sasuke muttered to himself, watching the scene.
Being powerful was one thing, but instantly creating a horde of minions made this creature formidable.
At this moment, the battle between the Godzilla horde and the Ten-Tails horde erupted.
Hundreds of massive beasts collided, engaging in bloody combat, mostly grappling and tearing at each other’s flesh.
The situation should have been stalemated, but unfortunately for Yuuji’s side, the resurrection speed was too fast, making them impossible to kill.
That wasn’t the end; many Otsutsukis fell for the trap, constantly suffering from the invasion of Yuuji’s cells. Some turned entirely into writhing masses of flesh, clearly completely consumed by Yuuji and splitting into countless clones.
The more they fought, the more soldiers Yuuji had.
While the Otsutsukis were individually powerful, they weren’t strong enough to quickly wipe out tens of millions.
Facing an enemy with hundreds of times their number, their population steadily decreases.
The natural killer was Yuuji’s ability to suppress the Otsutsuki clan’s space-time ninjutsu; otherwise, they could have simply opened a space-time portal and thrown the numerous enemies into it.
Finally, the Otsutsuki patriarch could no longer bear it, returning to his home planet.
“Patriarch…”
“We can’t wait any longer. If we continue like this, all our lower-class clansmen will be wiped out!”
“Even if they’re wiped out, we could still reproduce…”
“Would the quality of the clansmen reproduced be comparable to the current ones?”
The patriarch was furious.
Reproducing to increase numbers wasn’t hard; for instance, Hamura himself had left a branch of the Otsutsuki on the moon, which then internally reproduced over a thousand years, and after self-destructing and sacrificing the entire clan, provided Toneri with a giant Tenseigan.
But Hamura was unique. He was born with the blessings of all beings in the ninja world and received part of Kaguya’s power and the Ten-Tails.
Theoretically, such a Six Paths-level powerhouse could live easily for thousands of years, yet he died naturally after just a few decades, distributing all his power to his descendants.
This branch can give birth to a Toneri, which is the result of Kaguya’s tragic defeat and Hamura’s selfless contribution.
And the entire Otsutsuki main family, with only about a hundred thousand people and several Ten-Tails of varying quality, now depleted, would take unknown years to return to the current level of quality.
“Activate that thing; although it’s not fully developed yet, we have no other choice now, especially since their leader hasn’t made a move yet.”
The patriarch spoke solemnly, “The sooner we act, the fewer clansmen we’ll lose.”
