Kamen Rider Marvel - Chapter 295
The light blinded the Spider Gurongi and hurriedly covered its eyes. When the light dissipated, the belt that had been on Steve Rogers had vanished without a trace.
Steve felt a sharp pain in his abdomen and quickly lifted his shirt to look. To his surprise, he found a deep red mark on his stomach.
The scientist hiding nearby was shocked. “What? The Captain absorbed the belt!?”
Enraged by the loss of its prize, the Spider Gurongi grabbed Steve by the neck with one hand and dealt a powerful blow with the other. The force was so immense that Steve could only defend himself, unable to fight back.
“Damn, if this keeps up, I’m going to die,” Steve thought as he instinctively threw a punch. His arm was suddenly covered in a layer of reinforced muscle armor as he did. The punch landed, and the Spider Gurongi staggered back, releasing Steve’s neck.
Seizing the opportunity, Steve launched another attack. His other arm transformed, followed by his legs, chest, and head. With each successive punch, the Spider Gurongi was pushed back, eventually collapsing to the ground.
The scientist, witnessing Steve’s transformation, exclaimed in disbelief, “What? The Captain has transformed!?”
Steve was now clad in white armor, his large red eyes giving him a formidable presence. Kamen Rider Kuuga had arrived.
Steve looked at his transformed body, breathing heavily, barely believing the changes. The Spider Gurongi lunged at him with its sharp claws, giving him no time to react.
Steve grabbed the Gurongi’s arm and twisted it aside, narrowly avoiding the attack. He then launched a counterattack, his combat skills allowing him to land precise blows on the Gurongi’s body. The creature, in pain, retreated.
Realizing it was outmatched, the Spider Gurongi attempted to flee, shooting a web to the ceiling and swinging away. Understanding its intent, Steve retrieved his shield from the web and hurled it.
The shield, as if guided by instinct, ricocheted off the walls and struck the Spider Gurongi, sending it crashing to the ground. Steve leaped into the air, releasing his shield with a powerful strike. The impact caused an explosion, and a memory device emerged from the Gurongi’s body before detonating.
The Spider Gurongi reverted to human form and fell unconscious.
Seeing their comrade defeated, the other Gurongi monsters, a Bat Gurongi and a Grasshopper Gurongi exchanged glances and attacked Steve.
The Grasshopper Gurongi leaped several meters into the air, landing in front of Steve and launching a rapid assault. Steve raised his shield, but the Gurongi’s kick sent it flying. The Bat Gurongi then swooped down, delivering a powerful kick to Steve’s chest, sending him flying and reverting him to his human form.
The two Gurongi sneered, thinking Steve was no longer a threat. The Bat Gurongi approached to finish him off, but a scientist, unable to bear the sight, threw an object at the creature.
“Captain Rogers, run! We’ll hold them off!” the scientist shouted, hoping Steve could escape. Enraged, the Bat Gurongi turned its attention to the scientist, who backed away in fear.
Trapped against a wall, the scientist had nowhere to go. The Bat Gurongi grabbed him, baring its fangs. Steve, horrified, yelled, “No!”
But it was too late. The scientist’s screams echoed briefly before silence fell. The sight enraged Steve. He clenched his fists and stood up, his eyes locked on the Gurongi.
His hands spread wide, and the Kuuga belt reappeared around his waist. Steve performed the henshin pose, transforming back into Kuuga. This time, his armor was a radiant red, and his horns were larger.
The Gurongi were taken aback. The Bat and Grasshopper Gurongi attacked from both sides, but Steve caught their blows and threw them aside.
The Grasshopper Gurongi jumped and unleashed a flurry of kicks, forcing Steve to retreat. Regaining his balance, Steve counterattacked, sending the Bat Gurongi into the ground with a powerful punch.
Before he could finish the Bat Gurongi, the Grasshopper Gurongi launched another series of kicks, pushing Steve back into a storage room. Surrounded by cleaning tools, Steve instinctively picked up a broom handle.
His body transformed again, this time into a blue form, and the broomstick turned into a blue staff—Kuuga’s Dragon Form.
Wielding the staff, Steve delivered a powerful thrust to the Grasshopper Gurongi’s chest. A sealing energy burst from the staff’s tip, causing an explosion that obliterated the Gurongi. The memory device separated from the body and detonated.
Seeing this, the Bat Gurongi panicked and tried to escape. Now, in Pegasus Form, Steve picked up a fallen S.H.I.E.L.D. agent’s gun, which transformed in his hand.
He aimed the fleeing Gurongi, his weapon evolving into a formidable bow.
