Kamen Rider Marvel - Chapter 308
Levi showed no emotion, as if everything that had happened, from Kuroto Dan’s awakening to his defeat, was all part of his plan.
Indeed, everything had gone according to Levi’s plan.
The sound of high heels grew closer, mixed with the frustrated growls of “God,” Kuroto Dan.
Thud!
Yaz, still in her transformed state, dragged Kuroto Dan by his collar and tossed him in front of Levi.
“Mr. President, what should we do with this guy?”
She crouched down, teasing the infuriated Kuroto Dan.
“Enough, Yaz. Stop playing around,” Levi commanded, placing his foot on Kuroto Dan.
“‘God,’ you seem rather weak.”
“How about we play a little game?”
Levi’s voice was soft but carried an undeniable authority.
He crouched closer to Kuroto Dan’s snarling face, who was struggling but too exhausted from the beating he had received.
“You dare to defy the great ‘God’! You’ll pay dearly for your foolishness!”
Having used up the last of his strength, Kuroto Dan’s threats held no weight.
To Levi, this self-proclaimed “God” was merely a tool, albeit capable.
“Enough with the empty threats,” Levi said. “You have two choices.”
Levi stood up, making way.
“First, submit to me, and you’ll gain even greater power.”
Hearing the word “power,” Kuroto Dan’s eyes gleamed.
As a “God,” he couldn’t resist the allure of more power.
“Second, I don’t think I need to elaborate.”
With a resigned tone, Kuroto Dan replied, “I have no other choice, do I?”
Levi’s office in Hiden Corporation had a tense atmosphere.
“What?! You want to rebuild Genm Corp?!”
Kuroto Dan’s outburst shattered the silence.
Levi, sitting calmly, looked at him with an almost pitying gaze.
“I think you could be louder, so everyone in Hiden Corporation can hear.”
“It’s not rebuilding! Genm Corp has always existed.”
Levi reminisced about the early days of Genm Corp.
“Initially, I planned for Genm Corp to be a subsidiary of Hiden Corporation, but it never took off.”
Kuroto Dan, astute as he was, understood the implication.
“So, you want me to run Genm Corp my way?”
Intelligent people need fewer words.
“Exactly. I believe you can restore Genm Corp to its former glory.”
Seeing the sincerity in Levi’s eyes, Kuroto Dan pondered the possibilities.
But he also considered betraying Levi once he regained power.
Levi seemed to read his thoughts.
“Yaz, don’t overthink it. I trust Kuroto Dan will make the wise choice,” Levi said, smiling as he approached Kuroto Dan.
“When I awakened you, I put a lot of effort into it. So, unless something extraordinary happens, I wouldn’t want to destroy you.”
“But you need to show results to prove your worth. Understand?”
Kuroto Dan was escorted out, presumably to Genm Corp.
Levi’s plan was falling into place. Next, he needed to harness the Space Stone’s power.
The Space Stone, within the Cosmic Cube, held immense potential beyond mere spatial manipulation.
Why not use it for something grander?
Levi envisioned using Satellite Ark to analyze the Cosmic Cube’s energy, possibly creating a vast, immersive game field.
Hiden Corporation’s sixth basement level housed Satellite Ark.
Levi believed the Cube’s power could build an unparalleled virtual space.
Meanwhile, in Genm Corp’s president’s office, Kuroto Dan, now its leader, reluctantly submitted to Levi.
With his genius, Levi entrusted Genm Corp to Kuroto Dan, expecting groundbreaking advancements in game technology.
Three or four days they were passed. Levi visited Genm Corp with Yaz.
Even in this short time, Kuroto Dan’s progress in game development was remarkable.
Satellite Ark’s analysis of the Cosmic Cube also made significant strides.
Everything was going as planned.
A few more days passed, and Levi returned to Genm Corp.
Entering the president’s office, he found Kuroto Dan composed and ready.
The door creaked open, signaling the start of the next phase in their plan.
