Kurumi Tokisaki's Planar Journey - Chapter 465
In the dimly lit sewer, besides the scattered bodies of human children, there was only a crystal-clear crystal ball.
It emitted a faint magical energy, indicating that Caster had likely performed some spell on it.
Divine light illuminated the crystal ball, reflecting and distorting Kurumi’s half-beautiful face on its surface.
“It seems Caster has gone out ‘hunting’ again, but there’s a possibility he fled.”
Red Queen circled the crystal ball, trying to discern something from it.
Kurumi extended her right hand, releasing a milky white divine flame, the high temperature seemingly intent on purifying the filthy sewer!
“Master, I do not recommend doing that.”
“Hmm?”
“According to the plot, the third-rate mage from the Clock Tower, Waver, also known as the Master codenamed ‘Queen’, will find this place through the Conqueror.”
Red Queen continued, “Soon, the Conqueror will destroy this place, turning it into a sea of fire under the roar of thunder, burning it to ashes.”
Kurumi thought for a moment and extinguished the divine flame in her hand. Using too much power would undoubtedly attract unwanted attention.
Progressing without disrupting the plot was her best source of information.
“Master, if I may, you are slightly affected by your ‘divinity’.”
“Is that so?” Kurumi furrowed her brows, “The Church should have noticed Caster’s abnormality by now, right? Is it time for the hunt?”
“You severely injured Lancer, and his condition is unknown. Caster will follow Saber, and Saber’s injured left wrist will significantly weaken her.”
Kurumi rubbed her temples, slightly annoyed, “Why can’t I just take them all out at once? Why all this troublesome business?”
Red Queen perched on Kurumi’s shoulder, speaking helplessly, “This is the Nasuverse, not the only strange place like Fuyuki.”
“Alright, let me know when Caster and Saber start fighting.”
“Also, find Lancer quickly and keep an eye on him. Prevent that Assassin from stealing the kill.”
“I understand. The ‘Hassan’ killed by ‘Nightmare’ has been made into a video, and I’m sure Tokiomi Tohsaka and Kirei Kotomine are aware by now.”
“You have a wicked sense of humor.”
“Hehe, thank you, Master.”
The sound faded until it vanished. The sea of blood and flesh returned to normal, even the lingering divinity in the air dissipating into nothingness.
……
Lancer’s injuries had fully healed. Diarmuid had only taken a punch from Kurumi, and with his heroic spirit body, he recovered quickly after magical treatment.
‘Nightmare’ ceased searching for the old bug’s avatars and shifted to monitoring these three.
What caught Kurumi’s attention was the green hat on Kayneth’s head.
As expected, despite his abundant mana, his wavering consciousness made him susceptible to the ‘curse.’
That day, Kurumi was with Sakura, who, despite her youthful energy, seemed like an old person nearing death’s door.
“Master, Caster is causing trouble for Saber.”
“What about Lancer?”
“Kayneth is also making moves, along with Kirei Kotomine and Assassin.”
Kurumi nodded, turning to Matou Sakura, “Sakura shouldn’t see such scenes, right?”
“I will stay at home obediently, sister.”
“Well then,” Kurumi couldn’t resist gently rubbing Sakura’s little head.
“Nightmare will protect you, don’t go out.”
“Okay!”
……
“Damn, that witch is heading to Einzbern as well! Assassin, call back your Master!”
Inside Fuyuki Church, an assassin with a bone mask slowly faded into the darkness.
Kirei Kotomine’s expression was grim, and Tokiomi Tohsaka’s face was equally profound.
“Given the current situation, it seems the witch… is not Caster.”
Kirei nodded, “Caster is someone else, disregarding the rules of the Holy Grail War, exposing mysteries to ordinary people, and his Master is not restraining him.”
“We’ll deal with that later; we’ll find a solution. Now… how do we get that witch out of the Holy Grail War, out of Fuyuki? That’s the most pressing issue.”
“She is neither a Master nor a Servant and hasn’t been summoned by the Grail, yet she seems very interested in the Holy Grail War. Whether there’s an ulterior motive, we don’t know yet.”
Kirei paused, “As far as I know, there’s been no one like her in recent years worldwide. Her origin is very suspicious. I’ve reported it to the Church, and if she continues to break the rules… someone will come to deal with her soon!”
“Before that, can we use her to kill a few Servants?” Tokiomi stood up, looking at the old man.
“Before the Church arrives, I think it’s possible. Once a Servant dies, they…”
“And what about Caster? Have you figured that out?”
“We’ll follow your plan, Tokiomi. But the final blow must be dealt by Archer.”
“Rest assured.” Tokiomi seemed confident about this.
“Archer is the oldest king. Didn’t you notice? Even the strange witch is wary of him. Mere Caster, if it weren’t for wanting more Command Seals, he couldn’t withstand the oldest king’s conquest!”
“But he is difficult to get along with?”
Tokiomi stiffened, recalling various strategies to deal with the Heroic Spirit King.
“As the oldest king, he has pride. With enough Command Seals, even he will be a tool for us to win the Grail.”
Kirei squinted, “Let’s hope so.”
……
Unaware of their schemes, Kurumi had arrived at the Einzbern mansion.
Temporary bases of mansion level… Kurumi couldn’t help but want to mock if they were here for the Holy Grail War or a vacation.
The mansion was vast, with the battlefield divided into several parts. When Kurumi reached the battlefield, Caster was transforming the children into monsters!
Kurumi frowned, feeling uneasy, not sure if it was her divinity acting up or Alaya’s subconscious influence.
Are you feeling sorrow for just a few lives?
What about when the Grail’s evil sweeps Fuyuki? Would she be engulfed in endless sorrow?
Kurumi shivered, feeling a chill down her spine.
Suppressing her divine nature, she focused on the battle between Saber and Caster.
Using the human children as nutrients, the monsters split and multiplied. At first, Saber could control the situation with her sharp Excalibur.
As the attack range shrank and the monsters’ attacks grew stronger…
