Kurumi Tokisaki's Planar Journey - Chapter 511
The dim divine radiance tightly protected Kurumi, preventing her from being torn to pieces by the spatial turbulence outside the dimension. Generally, transitioning from one dimension to another requires unique means if one isn’t to be more powerful.
Methods like ‘interdimensional teleportation arrays’ and ‘dimensional cruising vessels’ were some examples. However, Kurumi didn’t have enough Reincarnation Points to exchange for such items, and even if she could, she would reconsider multiple times.
Relying on her unique physique, Kurumi dared to proceed without precautions. As a natural child of space-time, her body had significant resistance to spatial storms, making it relatively safe. Of course, if she encountered an extraordinarily massive spatial storm that lasted for decades or centuries, she would be unlucky.
Instead of waiting for those fragments to arrive, Kurumi changed direction and plunged into the spatial turbulence!
“Beep Beep Beep! —”
“Warning! Warning! Reincarnator, please return to the mission dimension immediately, or bear the consequences!”
“Warning! Warning! …”
The mechanical, genderless voice was unchanged but slightly more urgent. Kurumi, hearing this, disregarded it and accelerated through the spatial turbulence.
Spatial turbulence was highly fluid, especially when within a spatial storm. Although space was generally friendly to Kurumi, carelessness could still be fatal.
Her mental perception fluctuated, indicating that the turbulence moved with the storm, and she was already far from the Type-Moon dimension. Under the dual obstacles of the spatial storm and turbulence, the Main God’s mechanical warnings became intermittent, like “poor signal.”
Kurumi squinted her divine eyes. The storm’s range seemed vast. Although she had been close to that peculiar dimension, she was now light-years away in an instant!
Her mental perception only worked when connected in the void. Judging by the void, her position constantly changed; the closest she had been was around that peculiar dimension.
Using her perception, Kurumi swam out of the turbulence, preparing to face whatever lay in the spatial storm.
As Kurumi fought to escape the Main God, a humanoid light figure suddenly turned its head in an unknown time of the Type-Moon dimension. It had no eyes but could see the world!
The light figure twisted momentarily, mimicking various strange creatures before transforming into a giant. With a step, it left the Type-Moon dimension!
Outside the spatial storm, the light giant stood silently, its size nearly matching the storm. The light giant extended its hand, expanding rapidly as if to grasp the storm.
“Hmm?!”
The light giant expressed doubt, looking into the darkness, seeing through the void to two hidden shadows. Silently, the light giant vanished, and the previously calmed storm resumed its rampant fury.
The two shadows, non-humanoid, communicated through strange fluctuations.
“Old Six, you’re too bold! We’re not here to cause trouble!”
The being called ‘Old Six’ had a serpent’s body, half-hidden in the chaos. The swirling chaos around it indicated its shock.
The snake’s eyes were cold, and its protruding tongue could pierce space, swallowing small spatial turbulences.
“Fourth Brother, don’t you think that light giant felt familiar?”
The giant ox, exuding fierce flames and an aura of hostility, inhaled chaotic air, its presence as steady as a mountain. After a moment of hesitation, it said uncertainly, “Are you suggesting… it?”
The snake’s eyes stared coldly at the storm, affirming, “Yes, it’s the one blown up in the top-tier dimension by a mysterious entity.”
The giant ox snorted, exhaling chaotic air. “To think the high-dimensional being that once hired our six brothers would be so miserable. We may easily roam the chaos, but in that top-tier dimension, we probably couldn’t even crush a star.”
“Fourth Brother, a spatial storm that interests that being must have something valuable inside.”
The giant ox’s eyes widened, bursting through the air, moving small dimensions aside.
“Strange, I can’t see inside.”
“Let me try.”
“Don’t be reckless!”
The giant ox watched the silver serpent dart out of the chaos, sighing. Such beings were not to be meddled with. Without its severe injuries and fear of them alerting the top-tier dimension, they would have long been dead, drifting in the infinite chaos.
Meanwhile, the silver serpent approached the storm, wrapping it tightly. Its vertical pupils gleamed with greed. Something valuable must be inside if such an invincible being was involved!
Wrapping around the storm, the serpent hesitated, unsure how to proceed. Unable to see inside, it became more confident of the treasure. But swallowing it whole was impossible.
Opening its mouth, it considered consuming it bit by bit but hesitated. What if it was a weapon? That could be disastrous.
The silver serpent surrounded the storm, its scales emitting a spatial aura that fixed the storm in place. If the storm had a spirit, it would curse its rotten luck!
Kurumi, wrapped in divine radiance, had just emerged from a minor turbulence into the middle of the storm. There was no energy here, but it was relatively safe. She decided to rest before continuing to the storm’s edge.
Outside the storm, time and space fluctuated as a giant ox emerged. “Old Six, we must go. Something major has happened in the clan.”
The serpent’s eyes flashed coldly, hissing, “Those silicon-based life forms with inherited legacies again?”
The ox nodded, and the serpent marked its spirit on the storm before shrinking to its usual size.
