Kurumi Tokisaki's Planar Journey - Chapter 512
Kurumi was unaware of the events happening on the periphery of the spatial storm. She remained in the eye of the storm, activating Red Queen.
Once activated, Red Queen was excited, bouncing around Kurumi until she realized they weren’t in the Main God Space. Red Queen’s face paled slightly, her voice trembling as she asked, “Master… Is this a spatial storm?”
Kurumi nodded, taking out the black mud sealed by the hexagram formation. “I need to recover my strength. We’ll be staying here for a while. You start researching the ‘All the Evils of This World’.”
Red Queen deployed a magic pattern network, carefully enveloping the “black sphere.” Countless speculations flashed through her mind, but seeing her master’s exhausted expression, she ultimately said nothing. After hesitation, she began releasing some black mud to analyze it with the magic pattern network.
The black mud floated in mid-air, exuding a vile and evil aura. But soon, it quieted down, instinctively sensing the immense power in the eye of the storm that could quickly destroy it!
There was no energy in the eye of the storm. The surrounding spiraling winds carried nearly infinite spatial power, but Kurumi dared not absorb such violent energy in her current state.
Kurumi could only draw on the divine power emanating from the seed within her. When she called out to the Main God from within, she received only a faint, indistinct response. However, her spiritual mark left on the peculiar dimension was relatively straightforward, suggesting it wasn’t far from this location.
Traveling across dimensions through a spatial storm was an incredibly bold decision. A slight misstep could cause her to be torn into nothingness.
Her divine power slowly replenished. Controlling this unclaimed divine power took considerable effort without the assistance of spiritual power. When she opened her eyes again, Red Queen’s magic pattern network had occupied the entire area around them!
The alchemical doll, wearing a white lab coat, floated in mid-air, various models appearing around her. The hexagram formation enveloping the ‘All the Evils of This World’ had noticeably shrunk.
Kurumi stood up, divine radiance gathering around her once more. “How is it going?”
Red Queen scratched her head, “Through modeling, we’ve developed several potions. The most compatible one is a healing potion, but it requires a high concentration of energy to create.”
Kurumi frowned, “Can’t we suppress the divine power seed?”
“That… requires further experimentation.”
Kurumi felt a surge of anxiety. She couldn’t exit her divine state now, but prolonged exposure to divine power was causing her spirit body to exhibit signs of inherent divine radiance. If not addressed in time, she would gradually become a divine being, a highly extreme existence! In other words, divine beings were easy targets!
Having reached the eye of the spatial storm, finding another safe place would likely be in that peculiar dimension.
‘What should I do?’
Kurumi’s frown deepened as she looked at the floating “black sphere.”
“If I directly swallow it, will it suppress the divine power seed?”
Red Queen was startled, hastily stopping her. “Master, don’t! ‘All the Evils of This World’ can easily corrupt your body. Even if the two forces balance each other, the uncertainties are too great!”
Kurumi paced back and forth, barely noticeable in the vast eye of the storm. The eye was so expansive that even Earth placed here wouldn’t seem out of place.
“First, let’s take out the most compatible sets of plans. Once we finish creating them, we’ll break through the spatial storm.”
The magic pattern network immediately displayed several sets of models, one by one, in front of Kurumi. Methods of creation, energy concentration, and various allocation schemes all appeared. Kurumi beckoned a few drops of black mud, divine flames flickering in her hands, while Red Queen assisted with the magic pattern network on the side.
How much time had passed? Kurumi didn’t have an exact number, but the reduction in ‘All the Evils of This World’ was now visible to the naked eye.
The potions created could only be fixed in mid-air by Red Queen’s magic pattern network. Red Queen herself was already half-drained of energy, and due to the spatial storm’s influence, Kurumi couldn’t retrieve anything from the spatial backpack.
Kurumi sighed softly. She suddenly wanted to thank Odin. Despite the troubles his divine power seed caused, if it weren’t for the continuous energy it provided, she would have died in the eye of this storm.
‘All the Evils of This World’ had to be evaporated by divine flames tens of thousands of times before these few finished products appeared. The traits of ‘All the Evils of This World’ had been burned into nothingness by the divine flames, and Kurumi discarded many failed products.
After all, this was the eye of the spatial storm. Even if the failed products drifted into the storm, the spatial power would shred them into nothingness!
However, a drop of black water, exuding a filthy and foul odor, was drawn into the spatial storm and immediately absorbed by a temporal force, vanishing from this space!
“Another temporal stone discarded by the First Main God.”
A helpless female voice sounded like she had seen such a scene countless times before.
“Well, well, well.” Another figure projected next to the spatial storm, “Alright, another branch has been generated in this timeline. Dear ‘me,’ what sentiment will you express now?”
“Hmph! Mo Xiao, there’s nothing to be proud of being born from the First.”
The figure shook her head. “You are the second being to reach the pinnacle of the dimension across countless timelines. I still remember how you rose to the top.”
“So what? I still can’t break through the illusion.”
“Dear ‘me,’ you are too obsessed. Observing the grand cosmos and seeking fun like me isn’t better? Why chase those elusive things?”
“You’ve lost your original aspiration to time!”
“Time? Are you joking? Which timeline, besides the First and your era, can stop me?”
The figure stepped above Kurumi. “Her? There have been millions who walked this path! Yet, I see no hope of success in her.”
“At least she is among the closest million to us.”
“Heh.” The figure vanished. “Keep masking her spatial coordinates. In my era, no one ever helped me.”
At the pinnacle of the dimension, there was only a giant stone, which suppressed the beings’ power.
That’s why she dared to confront Mo Xiao here. Watching Mo Xiao wander into another timeline, the woman sighed deeply.
