Leading Naruto to Destroy the World - Chapter 32
Naruto suddenly remembered that before they set off, his uncle had placed something strange into his shadow.
Could it be that this thing was what protected him from the attack?
Swallowing nervously, Naruto cautiously extended his right index finger, trying to touch the metallic shield in front of him.
Shhh!
The shield turned into a liquid and flowed back into his shadow.
Naruto jumped back, staring at his shadow.
In the soft moonlight, his shadow was darker than usual, as if something indescribable was writhing within it.
This scene didn’t escape the notice of the Cloud ninjas.
Gritting their teeth in frustration.
“Spread out and attack! There’s no way that thing can block all of us!”
Two Cloud ninjas immediately spread out, charging at Naruto from different directions.
Naruto’s lips trembled in fear, but remembering the power residing in his shadow, he felt a bit more confident.
Sure enough, just as the two Cloud ninjas were about to reach him, two streams of liquid shot out from his shadow, forming two slender metallic arms in mid-air that struck the ninjas in the abdomen.
The heavy blow to their stomachs caused the two ninjas to pale, their insides churning as they flew backward like broken kites.
The remaining two Cloud ninjas completed their hand seals.
Slamming their hands to the ground.
“Lightning Style: Ground Walk!”
“Earth Style: Earth Spear!”
In the darkness, the crackling of the Lightning Style and the rumbling of the Earth Spear erupted simultaneously, surging towards Naruto and Hinata, as if to crush them both!
Hinata’s face turned ghostly pale, trembling behind Naruto.
Naruto’s face also twitched in fear.
But he didn’t flee.
He knew his uncle wouldn’t let him get hurt.
Buzz!
Just as the two jutsu were about to hit, a large amount of silver fluid emerged from his shadow, swirling around them like a vortex, forming an impenetrable hemispherical shield!
Boom!
The two jutsu struck Naruto’s position with precision.
The Earth Spear even pierced through Naruto, hitting the wall behind, causing it to collapse, covered in jagged earth.
The two Cloud ninjas held their breath, their eyes fixed on the wreckage.
The crackling blue electricity on the silver hemisphere was exceptionally bright under the moonlight.
With a sound of fluid movement, the dense silver hemisphere reverted to liquid, flowing back into Naruto’s shadow.
“That scared me to death!”
Naruto patted his chest in relief.
Still no sign of injury, not even a speck of dust on his clothes.
Hinata, sheltered behind him, was equally unharmed.
As if the powerful attack just now was nothing more than a loud noise.
The two Cloud ninjas who had cast the jutsu were as dark as coal with frustration.
How are we supposed to fight this?
With what?
Just as they were losing hope, the silver fluid at Naruto’s feet began to move, climbing up his ankles and slowly covering his body evenly.
“What is this?!”
Naruto watched in astonishment as the silver fluid covered his hand, moving up his body like it had a life of its own.
Arms, torso, neck…
Finally, a full suit of metallic armor formed around Naruto.
Naruto tested his grip with his hand, eyes sparkling with excitement.
“I feel so much stronger!”
Hinata, watching Naruto clad in the armor, looked at him with pure admiration in her white eyes.
The Cloud ninjas turned green with envy.
What kind of monstrosity is this?
Unending transformations, unheard of.
Ninjutsu? Secret Technique?
Or maybe some forbidden jutsu?
“Enough! We have to take him down!”
Being toyed with by a three-year-old had already burned their faces with shame. If the Raikage learned about this, he’d be furious.
All four moved simultaneously, their eyes locking, sealing off all of Naruto’s escape routes.
Naruto panicked, but the armor suddenly infused him with strength, moving his body into action.
He raised his right hand, and silver fluid shot from his palm, wrapping around one ninja’s ankle and yanking hard.
The ninja lost his balance, crashing into his comrade’s shoulder.
Their fall blocked the path of their charging companions.
Like a chain reaction, all four fell, rolling around in confusion.
“Unforgivable…”
One of the Cloud ninjas growled, getting up and charging at Naruto with a crazed look.
They’d had enough of this game of hero and damsel.
Continuing would only risk their lives further.
Just as the enraged ninja struck, a surge of power from Naruto’s armor propelled him and Hinata into the air, gliding several meters above the ground, silver wings formed by the fluid aiding their flight.
“This is amazing!”
Under the moonlight, Naruto’s face lit up with excitement, feeling the cool night breeze on his face.
Hinata’s heart pounded in his arms, too afraid to look down.
“Come down here, brat!”
The Cloud ninjas below glared helplessly, their thrown kunai missing the mark.
Seeing their comrades fail, the two Jonin under Mirai’s grip finally snapped.
They’d wasted enough time. Any longer, and Konoha’s reinforcements would arrive.
They exchanged a subtle glance, preparing to break free and capture Naruto as leverage.
But just as they were about to act, the pressure on their shoulders intensified.
“Can’t you understand an uncle wanting to make his nephew happy?”
Under the dark moonlight, Mirai’s smile remained, but there was a chilling menace behind it.
