Leading Naruto to Destroy the World - Chapter 5
On the streets of Konoha, Naruto followed Mirai, carrying a bundle on his back.
“Uncle, where are we going?” he asked, confused.
When he woke today, his uncle told him to pack his things.
“That house is too old. Uncle’s getting you a better one,” Mirai said with a cheerful smile.
A better one?
Naruto tilted his head.
He had lived in that house for almost three years, and no one had ever suggested he move.
What kind of house was his uncle planning to get?
Some villagers saw this scene, and their eyes twitched.
“It’s the demon…”
Before they could finish speaking, they stopped.
The memory of Mirai forcing the shopkeeper to apologize was still fresh in their minds.
“Don’t provoke him. That guy is ruthless.”
The entire street cleared a narrow path for them to pass through.
Though their eyes were filled with disdain, no one dared to speak.
Naruto stared in amazement.
Usually, when he walked through the streets, he was bombarded with curses from villagers and even had stones thrown at him by children.
He had never experienced anything like this before.
“This is the difference that power makes!” Mirai said, ruffling Naruto’s hair.
He thought this was an excellent opportunity to teach Naruto.
“Even if they see you as a demon fox, if you are kind and weak, they will bully you even more. But if you are strong and unapproachable, they will avoid you, just like now.”
“When faced with malice, you must retaliate immediately. That’s the best way to protect yourself!”
Naruto nodded, somewhat understanding.
They continued, and their journey was surprisingly smooth without the villagers’ interference.
Soon, they arrived in front of a building.
Naruto looked at the house with wide eyes. It was a three-story villa with a spacious yard filled with greenery.
Such a luxurious residence was rare, even in Konoha. He didn’t understand why his uncle had brought him here.
“Uncle, why are we here?”
Naruto turned to look at him.
“I told you we’re moving!”
Mirai grinned. Although he was smiling, his right foot was already raised.
Boom!
The sound was like an earthquake, causing the entire house to tremble.
“Whaaat???”
Naruto’s eyes widened in shock as the sturdy door was kicked open, revealing the interior layout.
“Who dares kick in the door of the great Sarutobi’s house?”
The noise alarmed the residents inside. Accompanied by an angry shout, the broken door was yanked open, revealing a scruffy middle-aged man with a stubbly beard.
He squinted his eyes, looking Mirai up and down.
“Kid, do you not know the great name of Sarutobi Kenjin? How dare you kick down my door?”
“I know.”
“You know and you still dare?! The Third Hokage is my…”
Before he could finish, he felt a powerful force grab his shirt collar, lifting and tossing him into the backyard like garbage.
“Ouch! Pain, pain, pain!!!”
Sarutobi Kenjin tumbled through the yard, almost throwing up his breakfast from the day before.
“Breaking into someone’s home and assaulting the residents is a serious crime. I’ll report you to the Hokage!”
Rubbing the bump on his forehead, Sarutobi Kenjin shook angrily, his eyes bloodshot as he pointed at Mirai.
“Go ahead.”
Mirai didn’t look back, his eyes filled with nostalgia as he gazed around the house.
Sarutobi Kenjin fled, leaving behind a trail of curses.
Naruto followed Mirai into the house, watching him gently touch the furniture. He couldn’t help but ask softly.
“Uncle, isn’t what we’re doing bad?”
In his innocent mind, breaking someone’s door and taking over their house was something only evil people would do.
Mirai knelt and smiled, ruffling Naruto’s golden hair.
“Because this is your father’s house!”
…
In the Hokage’s office.
Hiruzen Sarutobi was feeling unusually irritable. Even the pipe in his mouth seemed tasteless.
The hole in the wall of the Hokage’s office had been repaired, but the portrait of the Third Hokage had yet to be replaced.
The originally handsome face was now a gaping hole, like a ghostly mask hanging there.
This only made him more agitated.
“Move aside! I need to see the Hokage!”
“Wait! You can’t go in, the Hokage is…”
The argument outside the Hokage’s office made Sarutobi frown. Before he could think further, the door was pushed open.
The person who burst in had a swollen face like a pig’s head. If not for the recognizable eyebrows and eyes, Sarutobi might not have known who it was.
“Kenjin? What happened to you?”
Sarutobi signaled to the guards to let him in. The guard ninja nodded and left, closing the door behind them.
Without any obstacles, Sarutobi Kenjin’s tears flowed like a fountain as he crawled to Sarutobi, clutching his leg.
“Clan leader, you have to help me!”
“I was peacefully eating at home when suddenly the door was kicked in! A blond punk, clearly a troublemaker, came in with a smaller blond kid and beat me up!”
“Look at my handsome face, now unrecognizable!”
“Wait! Did you say the one who beat you had blond hair?!”
Sarutobi’s eyes narrowed, catching the crucial detail.
“Yes.” Kenjin sniffled, “That blond guy beat me up badly and took over my house…”
Sarutobi let out a deep breath. He roughly understood what had happened.
The other day, Mirai had threatened to reclaim everything his brother had left behind, starting with the house!
So that’s what he meant!
“My house is still occupied by them! We can’t let these people who take over others’ homes go unpunished! If word gets out, what will the villagers think…”
“Shut up!”
Before he could finish, Sarutobi glared at him angrily.
Kenjin froze, confused and unsure of what he had said wrong. Why was the usually gentle clan leader so angry?
“Do you know who beat you?”
“Who?”
Kenjin looked puzzled.
“He is Minato’s brother. You should know best who the original owner of that house was!”
Kenjin was petrified on the spot.
What?
The blond who beat him was Minato’s brother???
So he had taken over someone else’s house, and now the rightful owner was back?
The fool was me all along???
“When Minato and his wife died, their house was left vacant. Naruto was too young to live in such a big house. You said you wanted to temporarily stay there, and I reluctantly agreed. But it’s been three years! What do you want me to say to you!!”
Sarutobi’s eyes burned with anger, wishing he could beat Kenjin himself.
Did Mirai beat Kenjin?
No, he slapped Sarutobi’s face!
By tomorrow, the entire village would be abuzz, saying the Sarutobi clan had occupied the Fourth Hokage’s house for three years, and his brother had to come and reclaim it!
How could he face anyone?
The more Kenjin listened, the more terrified he became, his heart growing colder.
Had he unknowingly caused such a big disaster???
Wait, Minato’s brother?
Did Minato have a brother?
He did.
Named something Namikaze…
Wait!
The Blue Flash?!
The one who beat him was the Blue Flash?! He’s back in the village??? Wasn’t he missing for three years?
As a member of the Sarutobi clan, Kenjin knew more about the weight of the name Blue Flash than ordinary villagers.
During the Third Shinobi War, it was even more terrifying than the Yellow Flash!
A warm, foul-smelling liquid mixed with urine dripped from his crotch.
He had wet himself in fear.
