Mephisto was seething with anger, feeling threatened by the Darkhold.
Using the power of Hell, he gathered immense dark energy, which continued to coalesce around him.
“Gathering the strongest power for a single deadly strike?”
The Watcher had already discerned Mephisto’s intention upon seeing his transformation.
However, given how long Mephisto had struggled to deal with Wang Yan, the Watcher doubted he could succeed.
The Watcher glanced at Eternity in the distance, who stood with hands behind his back, watching the scene calmly.
Were it not for Eternity’s presence, the Watcher would have lost interest long ago.
This human from Earth was powerful; even a dimensional lord like Mephisto couldn’t easily defeat him.
But with Eternity here, the Watcher dared not act rashly.
Suddenly, a rumbling noise filled the air as the sky darkened.
Hell was descending.
Under Mephisto’s power, Hell fully descended, unstoppable.
The scene shocked Wanda and Vision, shielded by the Seraphim’s Shield.
The world seemed to merge with Hell, filled with wailing spirits and swirling figures searching for life.
Fortunately, the Seraphim’s Shield protected them, so these ghastly souls could only crash against the shield, unable to penetrate it.
“Sorcerer Wang Yan!”
Wanda called out, seeing countless dark shadows approaching Wang Yan.
In the blink of an eye, Wang Yan was surrounded.
“Boy, your mirror dimension is now filled with my Hell projections. How much power can you still unleash? Can you stop my minions?”
Standing before the Hell rift, Mephisto raised his hands, and more dark shadows appeared, wailing like ghosts, horrifying to behold.
He had collected and forged these souls into his powerful minions, capable of draining life from anyone they trapped, leaving no escape.
His confidence stemmed from these powerful souls.
Even though this wasn’t Hell, he couldn’t use his full power, but he doubted Wang Yan could resist.
He seemed to envision his minions draining Wang Yan dry.
Wang Yan shook his head and said, “This is still my mirror dimension!”
“What about your mirror dimension?” Mephisto sneered.
“I can control everything within it!”
Wang Yan raised his hand as if grasping something.
Seeing Wang Yan’s odd gesture, Mephisto laughed mockingly, “Boy, you are doomed. Why struggle in vain?”
Wang Yan sneered and didn’t respond. Meanwhile, in the mirror dimension’s sky, something stirred. A massive red planet, trailing flames, descended.
“Let’s see if your minions can withstand the power of destruction!”
Mephisto saw the descending planet cutting an arc in the sky.
A roar, tearing through space.
Mephisto couldn’t believe Wang Yan could control a planet.
He had dealt with Kamar-Taj sorcerers but had never seen one control a planet.
Though the mirror dimension belonged to them, it mainly contained buildings and landscapes. Controlling a planet requires immense mental power.
Even the Ancient One couldn’t exert much attack power through a planet; it was mostly an illusion.
But the planet fell, roaring and tearing through space, real and terrifying.
“Is it just a bluff?”
Mephisto frowned, doubting the attack’s reality.
“Yes, it must be a bluff!”
Mephisto was convinced no mortal could wield such power.
Boom!
As Mephisto thought this, the planet crashed, causing a horrifying roar.
Destructive power spread, annihilating everything in the mirror dimension. Even the most challenging ground disintegrated under the force.
Mephisto, shielded by Hell’s power, wasn’t threatened, but he was stunned by the sight.
The ground and everything on it were obliterated, leaving only bare land.
Wanda and Vision, protected by the Seraphim’s Shield, were still there, shocked by the apocalyptic scene.
Westview had turned into a flat plain as if sliced by a giant blade.
The Watcher, amazed, nearly damaged his instrument. He had seen many battles and destructions, but never anyone had used a planet in combat.
If this had happened on Earth, it would have been destroyed.
The planet seemed to be Ego the Living Planet, a Celestial’s world, now a sorcerer’s weapon.
“Interesting, this boy surprises me more and more!” Eternity exclaimed.
As one of the Five Great Beings of the infinite universe, Eternity had seen much more than the Watcher.
He hadn’t seen a sorcerer control a planet, especially a Celestial’s world.
Wang Yan’s surprises kept coming.
They all looked at the figure on the ground.
Wang Yan didn’t realize how much he had shocked them. Seeing the Hell projection vanish, he released numerous magical runes.
These runes formed a magical chain, binding Mephisto.
Mephisto, still stunned, was quickly entangled by the chain.
“A mere magical chain to control me? You underestimate me!”
Mephisto snorted. Though Wang Yan’s planetary attack was unexpected, it couldn’t defeat him.
As Mephisto tried to break the chain, more scarlet chains emerged, binding him tighter.
Wang Yan chanted, and runes from the chains spread to Mephisto.
With a pull, he slammed Mephisto to the ground.
Boom!
The ground shook violently.
Mephisto glared at the approaching Wang Yan.
“You can’t kill me. Why bother?”
Mephisto’s expression changed constantly.
Though he was bound, he saw Hell’s gate open, its power flowing into him. Given time, he could break free.
Wang Yan ignored him, summoning the Vishanti’s Holy Sword, now glowing with additional powers from the Infinity Stones.
“The power of the Infinity Stones? You think you can kill me with that?”
Mephisto’s pupils shrank, recognizing the Infinity Stones’ power.
Even with them, he doubted Wang Yan could kill him.
“Destroying your Hell should suffice!”
Wang Yan said, looking at Mephisto.
As long as Hell existed, Mephisto wouldn’t die, but using his current power, destroying Hell through Mephisto was possible.
“Wait, you can’t do that!”
“Spare me, and I swear I will never return to Earth!”
“I’ll agree to any conditions. I can even be your servant!”
“I am the Lord of Hell. I know many things valuable to you!”
Mephisto, realizing Wang Yan’s intent, pleaded desperately.
