Marvel Shuttling the Heavens - Chapter 209
Natasha left with the Captain and Tony, while Nick Fury, Hill, and Coulson escorted the bound Loki to his cell!
“Director, are we just going to ignore Stark’s Justice League? You were the first to plan a special group! And Stark doesn’t have the qualification to lead these special talents!
“Letting Stark control these people with special abilities would make them into a time bomb!”
Hill finally broke her silence after walking for a while, questioning Nick Fury with doubtful voice! She had no idea what Nick Fury was thinking, but Stark’s Justice League was blatantly ripped off from her boss’ plan! Nick Fury even invited Stark back then!
And after rejecting his boss, Stark dared to establish the superhero organization Justice League!
For some reason, his boss didn’t seem to care about all that, and it frustrated her!
“Say no more; I know what I’m doing! Our main goal for now is to know what this Asgardian wanted to do on Earth!
“Also, find out about the Tesseract as soon as possible. We, SHIELD, would be the ones to reclaim it!”
Nick Fury said with an expressionless face.
He was actually quite angry himself. He was trying to use this incident to pass the Avengers initiative proposal back to the council!
But he suddenly discovered that Tony had poached all the prospective members! Nick Fury was so angry he almost cursed out loud!
His anger would have to wait, however. The threat wasn’t all eliminated, and the Tesseract was still on the loose. They had only captured Loki, but Hawkeye and the Doctor as well as several other personnel were still out there!
Nick Fury felt a premonition that things wouldn’t end so simply! And they still need help from the group of people with special powers! That’s why he would have to curry their favors for now!
“Hah, I guess these people are nothing compared to that absurdly powerful Earthling just now!”
Behind them, Loki suddenly smiled crookedly and disappeared in a blink of an eye!

The helicarrier was immense, with many rooms and chambers across its decks! But Natasha deftly guided them to the room where Banner and the others were gathered!
“Hello, long time no see, everyone!”
The Captain greeted everyone with a smile!
“Stark, Captain, you are back! How is it? Did you catch that person?”
Banner raised his head from the computer screen, exclaiming in surprise when he saw Tony and the Captain walk in!
“Of course, who do you think I am? There’s no way I’d let that Loki guy escape! He immediately surrendered after I punched him once! To the victor goes the spoil!”
Tony hurriedly spoke before the Captain could get a word in, his face shining brightly. He raised the Mind Scepter in his hand and showed it off to everyone!
“So easily? That can’t be right! He is Thor’s brother, he shouldn’t be that weak! But I can’t pinpoint what exactly went wrong!
“But…Tony, what exactly is that thing?”
Banner was very surprised to hear that Tony had defeated Thor’s little brother! However, even with his intellect and wisdom, he couldn’t think where Loki’s machination began and ended!
He then turned his curiosity to the staff in Tony’s hand!
“Who knows? I heard that Thor’s brother used this thing to turn SHIELD elite agents to his side! It’s gotta be some sort of magic staff!
“I’ve been fiddling with for a while, but I can’t figure out how to use it! But as the property of our Justice League, I’ll guard it and bring it back to the Justice League headquarters! I won’t let SHIELD take advantage of our efforts!”
Despite all he said about guarding the scepter from SHIELD, Tony placed it casually on the table!
Tony hadn’t actually tested the scepter thoroughly! He only wanted to keep it away from SHIELD!

“Stark, why do you suddenly hate SHIELD so much?”
Natasha voiced her puzzlement at Tony’s behavior. He shouldn’t have any reason to hate SHIELD this much!
“The nerve! Have you forgotten what you did to me? To deceive me…ahem, anyway, I don’t trust your Hydra-infested SHIELD! And I don’t trust that bald egg director!”
Tony said to Natasha with a bitter tone!
“…”
Natasha was speechless. Had Stark always been this vengeful?
“Oh, right, has Thor not returned yet? Where did he even run off to? He said that he was looking for his brother, but we got the little brother here! Now he’s the one that’s disappeared!”
Tony tried to shake off the awkward atmosphere by talking about Thor!
He was actually curious, as well. Where did Thor go? He hadn’t seen him for a while!
“No idea. Your aircraft brought us here after you left. Nick Fury arranged some space for me to track the Tesseract, and we hadn’t seen Thor either!”
Banner didn’t know where Thor went!
“Oh well, let him be! What about your search then, Bruce, did you find the Tesseract?”
Tony skipped over the topic and turned his attention to what Banner said about tracking the Tesseract!
“It’s not that easy. The Tesseract emits abnormal pattern of Gamma radiation, but the world is so big. It’s like finding a needle in a haystack!”
Banner replied in frustration at his fruitless search!
“Wait, let’s put that topic on hold! I think Thor had just appeared after we talked about him! Let’s go and meet him!”
Tony suddenly closed his eyes and carefully expanded his senses, and said something that surprised everyone!
“Stark, how did you know that Thor was here? Why are you the only one that know?”
The Captain was surprised when Tony suddenly declared that Thor had arrived!
The others shared the Captain’s shock! Tony hadn’t displayed this kind of radar-like ability!
“I’m guessing because of his super-magnetic ability, isn’t it, Stark?”
Banner was the only one that came up with a theory!
“That’s right! Bruce’s still the only one with brain! Let’s go now—we don’t need a rematch between Thor and SHIELD!”
Tony didn’t wait for any response as he turned heel and left the room!
Natasha was the only one that didn’t understand what Banner said!
“Hey, what are you guys talking about? Super-magnetic? How did he knew Thor was here?”
“What the hell, why are you running so fast!”
Well, there was the Captain that was also confused, bless his heart! He could only follow behind Tony!
“How did Stark know? What do you mean by super-magnetic ability??”
Natasha followed him, still with her question!

While Tony and the others rushed to the bridge, a group of armed agents were surrounding a person!
There were also a few agents lying on the ground, out cold!
“Put down your weapons right now, or we will shoot!”
An agent who seemed to be a team leader shouted at the person that they surrounded!
“Are you crazy? I told you, I’m here to meet my friends! They are onboard this aircraft!”
Thor stared incredulously at the agent. He clearly stated his intention, yet these foolish agents tried to attack him!
Of course, a bunch of normal humans won’t be able to subdue Thor: it would’ve been so embarrassing for him if they could! He easily knocked out the agents with light attacks, keeping them down for quite a while!
“Put down your weapons! We’ll identify you when the director comes!”
The team leader shouted at Thor, but kept his distance! After all, he had just witnessed Thor’s terrifying combat prowess!
“Drop your guns!”
A voice suddenly broke the stalemate!
