Qi Jun suddenly remembered that S.H.I.E.L.D., or rather Nick Fury, had planted numerous small seeds to cultivate S.H.I.E.L.D.’s or perhaps his own super soldiers. Among these seeds was Inhuman Skye, or rather, Inhuman Daisy Johnson.

Why was Qi Jun so sure? Because he had roughly calculated that Captain Marvel’s story took place around the time Skye’s parents fell in love. After witnessing the alien threat, losing an eye to the Flerken, and being promoted to a higher-level deputy director with more authority, Nick Fury decided to train S.H.I.E.L.D.’s or rather his own super soldiers.

Captain Marvel wouldn’t follow Nick Fury’s orders, but Skye, born in a village in China, caught his attention! From Skrull’s intelligence, Nick Fury knew the Inhumans possessed powerful abilities to counter alien threats. But the Inhumans wouldn’t follow his commands either.

**Inhumans:** Who are you to order us around, you bald egg?
**Nick Fury:** Alright! Just you wait!

After secret planning, Nick Fury orchestrated a massacre in Skye’s birth village and blamed it on Hydra. At that time, Hydra wasn’t publicly active; the world believed it was eradicated during WWII. Skye’s upbringing perfectly explained that it was a S.H.I.E.L.D. conspiracy. If it were Hydra’s doing, Alexander Pierce, head of Hydra’s S.H.I.E.L.D. division, wouldn’t have left such obvious paper trails.

Guiding Skye to investigate her identity and unlocking information deliberately meant for her, she was smoothly brainwashed into becoming a Phil Coulson fan. If you think Coulson is a good guy, think again. A man who can casually say, “You possess great power, so you must be monitored,” with a smile isn’t a good person.

Having participated in the ‘Secret War’ with Nick Fury, Coulson shared the same ideology and was the perfect executor of the ‘Skye Training Plan.’ The agents secretly protecting and monitoring Skye, eventually all ‘sacrificed,’ were eliminated to prevent unknown chaos and irreversible consequences.

Over the years, Skye’s life was under S.H.I.E.L.D.’s surveillance, unbeknownst to her. Hence, Qi Jun didn’t plan to have White search for Skye’s whereabouts but to hack into S.H.I.E.L.D. instead.

“White, hack into S.H.I.E.L.D.’s intranet quietly without being detected.”

“Then, find information on a girl currently named Skye, real name Daisy Johnson.”

Qi Jun ordered White.

“Yes, sir.”

“Please wait.”

“Hacking in progress…”

Since Qi Jun ordered a stealthy hack, it wouldn’t be fast. Although S.H.I.E.L.D.’s tech was far behind White’s, data flow couldn’t be faked. A rough intrusion would instantly be detected by the sudden data surge. While they might not have traced it back to Qi Jun, they would have known they were hacked, and sensitive information would have been removed from the network.

Shortly after:

“Sir, target information found! Would you like to display it?”

“Of course! Project it!”

Qi Jun smiled slightly. He didn’t mean projecting within the office. Though Stark funded this building, it wasn’t equipped with such tech. He referred to a smartphone Tony had given him, a tool for Tony and Qi Jun’s communication, not storing any of Qi Jun’s information.

Marvel’s tech is advanced—while regular people were using early smartphones, Tony Stark was already playing with 3D holographic projection phones.

“Hmm…”

“Not far off from what I expected!”

Seeing the projected data, Qi Jun nodded. Although some minor details differed, the main events were as expected. Skye hadn’t been activated yet, so even classified level-10 data was easily found by White. Qi Jun couldn’t help but admire Nick Fury’s cunning.

“Sir, there are other files here you might find interesting.”

White’s words made Qi Jun pause. Could it be other super soldiers being cultivated?

“Show me!”

Qi Jun’s interest was piqued.

“Yes, sir!”

Skye’s file was minimized, and several more level-10 files were projected.

“Just as I thought!”

“Nick Fury, that sly fox, has been secretly raising super soldiers!”

“Including Skye, there are five super soldiers!”

Seeing the new projections, Qi Jun wasn’t surprised. Besides another Inhuman, the other three were artificially created super-powered individuals. Nick Fury was a ruthless man!
