Time passed slowly, and no one came to disturb Qi Jun, the true owner of the entire building. While waiting for Skye to wake up, Qi Jun stood on the viewing balcony outside the CEO’s office, basking in the sun. Occasionally, he would conjure a cup of fragrant tea and enjoy watching the bustling activity hundreds of meters below. This was the ultimate enjoyment for Qi Jun after three lonely days on Venus.

Inside, in the luxurious lounge, White controlled all the equipment—ventilation, temperature, humidity, lighting—adjusting everything to the most comfortable settings for human comfort. From Skye’s relaxed sleeping expression, it seemed White’s efforts were not in vain.

After an unknown amount of time, Skye murmured softly, blinked her eyes, and stretched her arms and legs, enjoying the comfort of waking from a deep sleep. The luxurious bed, the soft sheets, the cool yet warm silk quilt, and the fragrant air all made her feel like she were in her mother’s arms.

Suddenly, she opened her eyes wide. She found herself in a lavishly decorated room, lying on a large bed! Instinctively wanting to scream, her hands betrayed her, covering her mouth instead. She remembered being forcefully taken by someone with superpowers.

Swallowing hard, Skye tried to get up quietly to see if her captor was still around.

“Ms. Skye, hello.”

“You have been in a deep sleep for six hours. It is now 3 PM. The room temperature is 24 degrees Celsius, and the humidity is 40%.”

“In addition…”

White’s voice was interrupted by Skye’s scream.

“Ahhhhh!!!!!”

Hearing a male voice suddenly in the room, Skye screamed in fear and burrowed back under the covers. Watching through the camera, White, as a mature AI, decided it was best to remain silent. The screaming eventually stopped, and a small head emerged cautiously from the covers, looking left and right like a hamster searching for food.

After a while, Skye got out of bed to explore the mysterious room.

“Ms. Skye, hello!”

“Who’s there? Come out! I can see you!”

Skye shouted towards the direction of White’s voice, assuming a defensive stance. Then she noticed a low table and a phone.

“Ms. Skye, hello!”

“There is a set of clean clothes on the bedside table and a large bathroom inside the lounge. You may freshen up.”

“You have slept for six hours. If you need a meal, please inform us of your preferences, and White will arrange for the staff to bring it to you.”

White’s timely intervention broke the awkwardness.

“Who are you?”

“Why did you bring me here?”

“Whatever you want, I’ll give it to you. Just don’t hurt me!”

Feeling helpless and despairing, Skye wanted to confront the man who brought her here but was too afraid. She only wanted to leave.

“I apologize. This is White’s fault for not introducing itself first.”

“White is an AI created by the master, serving as his personal intelligent network butler.”

“As for why you were invited here, White does not know the master’s intentions. Perhaps you can ask him yourself.”

White responded calmly.

“An AI?”

Skye exclaimed in surprise. Having recently learned some computer knowledge, she couldn’t believe she was interacting with an AI. Created by a person? Her excitement shifted her focus momentarily.

“Ahem, who is your master? Where is he? Can you take me to him?”

Regaining her focus, Skye realized her immediate concerns were more pressing.

“The master is the one who created me. His identity is something he must reveal himself, if he wishes.”

“The master is on the observation deck outside the office, waiting for you for six hours. Turn right when you leave the room.”

“Do you need to freshen up or have a meal?”

Ignoring White’s last words, Skye left the room.

“You’re here.”

“Sit!”

At 3 PM, the sunlight was still harsh. To Skye, Qi Jun bathed in sunlight, appeared almost divine. Snapping his fingers, he gestured for Skye to sit opposite him. Hesitantly, she sat down, staring at the steaming cup of green tea that appeared out of nowhere. She swallowed nervously, unsure of what to say.
