Seeing Shizune’s expression, Tsunade sighed and spoke to her. Shizune was not a child anymore; at 15, she understood the complexities of male and female interactions. Asking Shizune to do such things wasn’t entirely appropriate! She had acted without thinking this time!

Shizune hesitated for a moment, her eyes showing a struggle, but then firmly replied to Tsunade, “Lady Tsunade, I’m okay with it!”

Tsunade was momentarily surprised but decided not to say more. If Shizune didn’t mind, then all the better; she could focus on the treatment!

Although the issue of freely controlling the Sharingan remained unresolved, the reduced chakra consumption was a significant improvement!

“You’re not of the Uchiha clan bloodline, so naturally, your Sharingan’s chakra consumption is stronger than that of the Uchiha. Plus, the transplant wasn’t perfect, so it consumed even more. I’ve only managed to enhance the synergy between your Sharingan and your own body by half. That’s the best I can do for now. So, while your Sharingan still consumes more chakra than a true Uchiha’s, it’s not as severe as before!”

“But the issue of freely controlling the Sharingan can’t be solved!”

Tsunade’s explanation came slowly from behind Kakashi, detailing the treatment process.

“This is more than enough, Lady Tsunade. I’m truly grateful!”

Upon hearing this, Kakashi turned to Tsunade, sincerely expressing his gratitude. Deep down, he excitedly thought, “Now, even if I use the real Mangeky? Sharingan, I won’t faint!”

However, Kakashi’s eyes slightly trembled as he then caught sight of Tsunade, her forehead glistening with sweat, her demeanour so alluring and sensual, giving Kakashi a powerful visual shock!

“You won this round! You don’t need to thank me. Besides, if you weren’t White Fang’s son, I wouldn’t have treated you!”

Tsunade said calmly but then glared fiercely at Kakashi. “You’ve got some nerve, daring to ogle my chest like that! Tell me, how are you going to compensate for that?”

Thinking back to what had just happened, Tsunade was furious. This guy definitely couldn’t get off lightly! “And Shizune, you have to take responsibility too! Some form of compensation is necessary. What happened today absolutely cannot be spoken of!”
