Under the night sky, Hiruzen Sarutobi stood in his white Hokage robe with a red Hokage hat on his head. The enormous chakra he exuded created an intimidating and overwhelming presence.

Behind Hiruzen were numerous fully-armed Anbu members wearing various animal masks. A rough count would reveal at least a hundred of them. In addition to the conspicuous Anbu members, hundreds of elite ninjas wore green flak jackets bearing the Sarutobi clan emblem.

At the same time, the commotion had drawn the attention of the significant ninja clans of Konoha, who had only recently settled down. They arrived in droves, albeit not as prepared as the Anbu and Sarutobi clans due to the suddenness of the conflict.

Though a mix of elite and high-ranking clan members, these ninjas were shocked by the devastation of Konoha’s streets and the fierce battle marks left by both sides.

The Uchiha were so bold!
Could it be they were willing to perish alongside the Hokage’s faction?
Thus, as Hiruzen’s reinforcements arrived with significant momentum, they were immediately met by the Uchiha elites led by Fugaku and Setsuna. Despite Hiruzen’s growing numbers, the Uchiha stood their ground, confident in their strength and not overly outnumbered.

The Anbu and Sarutobi clans faced off against the Uchiha reinforcements, both sides waiting for orders from their leaders. Following Hiruzen’s impressive display of his top-tier Wind Release jutsu, the ongoing clash between the Uchiha and Danzo’s Root ninjas paused, albeit temporarily.

The previously spacious Konoha street became crowded and eerily silent, littered with broken bodies. Only the crimson blood trickling down painted the scene in a ghostly red under the moonlight.

This brief cessation, brought about by Hiruzen’s arrival, didn’t last long. While most Uchiha and Root ninjas expected negotiations between Hiruzen and Uchiha Jin, two Uchiha—Uchiha Hara and Uchiha Tonan—did not hesitate. As Aburame Ryoma and Yamanaka Kaze from Root lowered their kunai, Hara and Tonan attacked.

Silver metal gleamed, and fiery light pierced the night. By the time everyone else reacted, a grim scene had unfolded: one Root ninja lay dead, and another was gravely wounded.

One dead! One was seriously injured!

Uchiha Hara gave a satisfied glance to Uchiha Tonan, and the battle, briefly halted by Hiruzen’s arrival, resumed.

“Uchiha, what are you doing?”

Seeing the Uchiha refuse to stop fighting and kill a high-ranking Yamanaka from Root, Hiruzen Sarutobi was furious.

Swish!
Leaping down with a burst of chakra, Hiruzen’s figure landed heavily, the air thick with his enraged chakra.

Fire Release: Dragon Flame Bomb!

Three massive fire dragons spewed from Hiruzen’s mouth, twisting through the air in three different directions. With their destructive power, they aimed to split the battlefield.

“Has no one told you not to play with fire in front of the Uchiha?”

A surge of chakra even more potent than Hiruzen’s shot up. Uchiha Jin appeared before the dragons, disdainfully forming hand signs.

Serpent—Ram—Monkey—Boar—Horse—Tiger. Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique!

Though a standard C-rank jutsu, a massive fireball over thirty meters in diameter formed under Jin’s immense chakra, swallowing the dragons and continuing towards Hiruzen.

Combination Technique: Water and Earth Barrier!

True to his title as the Professor of Ninjutsu, Hiruzen calmly formed a barrier to block the colossal fireball. However, Uchiha Fugaku arrived that moment, stopping Jin from further attacks.

“Jin, what’s happening?”

Fugaku looked around in alarm at the battlefield’s devastation, Hiruzen’s grim expression, and Danzo being besieged by ten Uchiha Jonin.

Is this the final stand?
Why wasn’t I informed as the clan head?
Hmm…

Looking at the forces Hiruzen had brought, even if the Uchiha went all out, it seemed…

Wait!
Fugaku suddenly realized he wasn’t prepared at all. With the approaching chakra signatures, the outcome would likely be mutual destruction…

“Stop!”

Fugaku yelled at the fighting Uchiha, who reluctantly halted, pushing back their enemies and retreating behind Jin.

Swish! Swish!
Having kicked Danzo away, Uchiha Hara and Uchiha Tonan also returned to Jin’s side.

“Well done!”

Jin nodded approvingly at Hara and Tonan. After extensive training, some of the clan finally showed sense. Those who hesitated at enemy commands had better stay far away.

Though Aburame Ryoma survived, it was understandable, given his clan’s strange abilities. Satisfied with the outcome, Jin turned to the old man in the Hokage’s robes.

“Danzo attempted to steal our bloodline and killed my kin, Uchiha Shisui. The Police Force is here to execute him, and you dare to interfere…”

Jin stepped forward, his fiery chakra swirling around him as he pointed at Hiruzen.

“Hiruzen Sarutobi, are you trying to betray the village?”
