Naruto: This Uchiha is too Evil - Chapter 69
He slammed his fist down next to him.
“Damn Danzo!”
As for Hiruzen Sarutobi… Screw you! Playing games, are you? Trying to set me up openly, huh? Then let’s make it big!
The impact of his arm hitting the surface created a dull thud.
“Thud!”
“Eek!”
Amid the sound, a strange cry echoed.
“Huh?”
Itsuki paused, instinctively opening the coffin lid and climbing out. Shisui’s stiff body was sitting nearby. Feeling Itsuki’s chakra, he hesitated to speak.
Itsuki had the feeling Shisui wanted to curse.
“Itsuki, why are you here?”
Shisui finally couldn’t hold back, asking in a deep voice.
“I’ve been here the whole time. I never left the crematorium!”
“Then… what about at the Hokage’s?”
“Shadow Clone.”
“Damn it!” Shisui couldn’t help but get angry. “You… you actually sent a shadow clone to meet the Hokage! That’s disrespectful.”
Itsuki was puzzled. “When have I ever respected him?”
“He’s the Hokage!” Shisui was furious. “Remember, you’re a Konoha ninja. The Third Hokage is Konoha’s leader.”
“I know, a Hokage who has never been to the battlefield,” Itsuki said casually. He always took every chance to undermine the Hokage in front of Shisui. However, undermining the Hokage needed to be done step by step, not too much at once.
“That’s nonsense…”
Shisui thought momentarily, then said reluctantly, “The Hokage needs to oversee the big picture. Konoha doesn’t need the Hokage to fight.”
Itsuki glanced at Shisui. “Right, right, you’re right. So, the other village Kages don’t need to oversee the big picture. Their villages are so bad they need their Kages to fight.”
“By the way, let me ask you one question. Among the heroes who died in battle, was there anyone from the Sarutobi clan?”
Shisui was silent.
What could he say?
Itsuki remembered that only one Sarutobi had died in the original story—Asuma Sarutobi! And that was after the Third Hokage’s death, during Tsunade’s tenure. Just like Senju Nawaki, dying with such justification and integrity. Wonderful!
Especially with Asuma and Kurenai… although it’s not the original story now, they must be dealt with at some point.
“By the way…” Itsuki asked curiously, “Were you just scared? Did you pee yourself?”
He looked down. “Doesn’t seem wet…”
“Get lost!”
Shisui gritted his teeth in anger. “This crematorium is already creepy. Besides me, there’s no other presence here. You suddenly made a noise… damn it, you must have done something to this place.”
“Pfft!” Itsuki couldn’t help but laugh. He had indeed set up a particular barrier. It was a silent world; staying here tested one’s courage. Especially since Shisui couldn’t see right now, fear +1!
“Hmph!” Shisui snorted coldly, then asked, “What did the Hokage want with you?”
“Sigh!” Itsuki sighed. “It’s a long story.”
“Then don’t bother telling it!” Shisui interrupted quickly, moving away.
Itsuki: “…”
You’ve learned bad things, Shisui!
After thinking for a moment, Shisui couldn’t help but say, “If you’re in trouble, you can tell me. I’m your brother!”
Itsuki gave him a sideways glance. If you weren’t my brother, I’d always be scheming against you.
…
As Yagura and Kurenai were returning, Yagura suddenly stiffened.
“What’s wrong?” Kurenai turned to look.
“Itsuki is calling me!”
“Huh?” Kurenai looked at Yagura. “I have a special connection with him.”
“Then let’s go!” Kurenai didn’t mind. That little man was good to her, and she wouldn’t get upset over other women having what she didn’t. Moreover, the Uchiha were very sensitive now, and Yagura’s identity was even more sensitive. If she were discovered, all of Konoha would be shaken. Better safe than sorry. She didn’t know that if Yagura’s identity were discovered, Itsuki would attack Konoha relentlessly.
The two quickly returned to the crematorium, where Itsuki was already waiting.
As for Shisui, Itsuki had driven him away. He was needed more with Itachi. They were the natural partners!
“Sigh!” Itsuki looked at the two of them walking in and sighed. “Why don’t I have any business here? Look at the place across the street, people coming and going, it’s envy-inducing!”
Yagura was speechless.
Kurenai sneered, “You want people coming and going here? Dream on!”
“Is it because I’m not famous enough?” Itsuki pondered. “How about we burn Hiruzen Sarutobi alive? That would make us famous throughout the ninja world.”
“And the Uchiha would become the most brutal clan in ninja history,” Kurenai rolled her eyes. “Stop joking. Why did you call us back?”
“Yagura lacks some weapons and equipment, so I took her to replenish them. Don’t worry, we went to the Uchiha weapon shop.”
“Whatever, just remember not to buy explosive tags; we have those here!”
Itsuki waved his hand indifferently. “I called you back because something big happened.”
Kurenai looked at him suspiciously. “Be serious. Stop joking.”
“Do I seem like that kind of person?” Itsuki asked.
Kurenai stared at him, slowly saying, “How does that phrase go? You can be more confident.”
Itsuki: “…”
“Alright, let’s be serious. The Fourth Great Ninja War might break out.”
“See!” Kurenai turned to Yagura, “He’s joking again.”
Yagura also looked troubled.
Itsuki ignored them and continued, “I received a mission to go to Kumogakure. Originally, I wanted to go to Sunagakure, but the old man Hiruzen didn’t want that. So, Yagura, I have a mission for you related to Sunagakure.”
Kurenai and Yagura’s expressions became severe. “You’re serious?”
“What do you think?” Itsuki told them about the military deployment map situation.
After listening, Kurenai said confidently, “You did it.”
Her tone was certain.
“So what?” Itsuki spread his hands. “Are you going to report me?”
Kurenai sighed and stayed silent. She had some feelings for Konoha, but after her father’s death, she had seen the coldness of people. Then Itsuki appeared, becoming her new home. Her eyes gradually became determined.
“I’m just an ordinary woman. I don’t need to think too much.”
Itsuki smiled faintly, looking at Yagura. “From what I’ve learned, the mission in Sunagakure is jointly handled by the Hyuga and Uchiha clans.”
“Sunagakure…” Yagura sighed, then suddenly froze. “Hyuga and Uchiha?”
“Yes!” Itsuki smiled strangely. “Specifically assigning the Hyuga and Uchiha together, Hiruzen’s skill is truly disappointing.”
