Ninja School Teacher, I Can Become Stronger by Teaching

Mokutsuki went to work at the ninja school in the morning as usual. As the Grade 1 Head Teacher and the person in charge of the extensive class pilot program, he needed to arrange the schedule before the students arrived.

Around noon, a ninja came to Mokutsuki, asking him to go to the Hokage’s office.

Mokutsuki walked into the Hokage building, and on his way to the office, he encountered Danzo.

“Lord Danzo,” Mokutsuki greeted him.

However, unlike the previous day at Root, Danzo didn’t smile. He walked past Mokutsuki with a cold expression, as if he hadn’t heard him.

Mokutsuki followed Danzo into the Hokage’s office.

“Danzo, remove the Root curse mark from Mokutsuki,” the Third Hokage said.

“Lord Third Hokage, I…” Mokutsuki started, looking surprised, but was interrupted by the Third Hokage.

“Mokutsuki, I know you have many questions. We can discuss them later,” the Third Hokage interrupted.

“Stick out your tongue,” Danzo ordered coldly.

Mokutsuki complied, sticking out his tongue.

“Tongue Eradication Curse · Release!” Danzo activated his chakra, pointing at Mokutsuki’s tongue. The curse mark quickly dissipated, leaving no trace as if it had never been there.

“Hmph,” Danzo snorted before leaving the office without saying another word.

“Lord Third Hokage, I’m sorry,” Mokutsuki said, looking guilty after Danzo left.

“Mokutsuki, you have nothing to apologize for. In fact, I should thank you for taking care of Asuma,” the Third Hokage said with a kind smile.

Recently, his relationship with Asuma had been strained, but after Mokutsuki’s guidance over the weekend, it had improved somewhat. The Third Hokage knew who to credit for this.

“Actually, I was sent to the ninja school by Root…” Mokutsuki began to confess.

“So what? Although Danzo’s motives for sending you were impure, I can see that you are genuinely dedicated to teaching and doing your best,” the Third Hokage said, smiling.

“Otherwise, you wouldn’t have been able to lead such an outstanding class like Grade 1, or improve the students’ skills so significantly in just five weeks, gaining their trust.”

Inwardly, the Third Hokage found it quite miraculous. A seemingly ordinary Root ninja in Danzo’s care had turned out to have extraordinary teaching talent and was coincidentally sent to the ninja school.

“But…” Mokutsuki still looked guilty.

“Mokutsuki, you have exceptional teaching talent. Focus on your work at the ninja school and don’t worry about anything else,” the Third Hokage smiled.

“Lord Third Hokage, I understand. I will work hard to train more excellent students and cultivate more outstanding ninjas for the village!” Mokutsuki said gratefully.

“To lighten the teachers’ burdens and explore new teaching methods, I plan to conduct large class lessons at the ninja school,” Mokutsuki added, seizing the opportunity to show his dedication to education.

“That sounds like a good plan,” the Third Hokage nodded.

“If every teacher at the school had your teaching skills, Mokutsuki, I wouldn’t need a pilot program. We could implement it directly,” the Third Hokage joked.

The conversation grew increasingly friendly. The Third Hokage felt he had gained a reliable talent, and Mokutsuki was relieved to be free of the curse mark.

However, Mokutsuki felt exasperated that Danzo still didn’t trust him and continued to manipulate him.

That evening, Mokutsuki received another scroll from Root.

This time, it contained no orders or tasks, just brainwashing content.

The message essentially explained that Danzo’s cold demeanor was to avoid suspicion from the Third Hokage and ensure Mokutsuki’s better future under the Third Hokage’s guidance.

Mokutsuki was speechless. She was being buttered up by the Third Hokage during the day and brainwashed by Danzo at night made for quite an eventful day.

By the end of the day, Mokutsuki felt his acting skills had improved significantly.

He spent ten minutes practicing calligraphy to calm his mind, then continued studying the Contract Seal.

After advancing the Five Elements Seal to proficiency, Mokutsuki gained a lot of sealing knowledge. By bedtime, his Contract Seal proficiency had reached 20 points.
