One Piece Admiral Seirin - Chapter 10
“Go, Chef Denno, go!”
“Chef Denno can’t keep up with Rosha’s eating speed! He’s too fast! Is his stomach connected to another dimension?”
Under the crescent moon, the sea was dark and deep, and the nearby island appeared lonely and desolate. But the warship docked at the shore was bustling with activity.
For the first time ever, Akainu’s warship was filled with such liveliness. Soldiers, officers, and cooks alike had flushed faces and shouted with excitement.
The lively atmosphere even lifted the spirits of the seventeen unfortunate women on board, slightly lifting their previously somber mood.
The happiest among them was Hibari.
Although she had started learning navigation, combat, medical skills, and intelligence from many prominent figures in the Marine Headquarters at a young age, she was still an eleven-year-old girl.
Loving the liveliness and energetic atmosphere was natural for children.
But usually, such liveliness on Akainu’s ship was as rare as the legendary treasure, One Piece.
On this journey, the ship’s crew hardly dared to breathe loudly, fearing Akainu’s wrath.
As Doss would say, even passing gas on Akainu’s ship required holding it in.
Who could blame them? The highest-ranking officer was a strict, no-nonsense guy.
But today, for some reason, everything was different.
The ship was more vibrant than ever.
Everyone was laughing.
“Whoa! My youth is burning!” Chef Denno’s shirt tore open, sweat pouring as he rapidly cooked and tossed dishes behind him.
On the deck behind him, a shocking scene unfolded.
As Rosha continued eating, his exposed skin turned red and hot, emitting white steam.
His short white hair suddenly twisted like a living snake, growing rapidly.
In just a few seconds, Rosha had a two-meter-long mane of silver hair.
The long hair floated and twisted in the air like octopus tentacles.
“What is this?”
Doss and several officer-level Marines stared in disbelief, their eyes nearly popping out.
As the ship’s top officers aside from Akainu, they knew exactly what was happening to Rosha.
Doss gaped, muttering, “Is this Life Return? The legendary seventh technique hidden within the Six Powers of the Navy? A thousand people might not have one who masters this. How is this possible? Did he learn the Six Powers? That’s ridiculous. He’s only twelve, right?”
Doss had learned about Rosha’s age, strange condition, and basic family background from the surviving women of Red Leaf Village.
They were already surprised that a twelve-year-old, two-meter-three giant could kill thirty-seven pirates and a captain with a bounty of 16 million Berries.
But in this vast sea, there were always some with extraordinary physiques.
Even ordinary families could produce children four or five meters tall.
Not to mention the various races in the world, like the ten-meter giants or thirty- to fifty-meter demons.
As for strength, the sea was filled with monsters.
A twelve-year-old defeating a pirate with a 16 million Berry bounty was hardly monstrous.
Charlotte Linlin, a ruler of the New World, knocked out a giant hero with one punch at five years old.
Kaido, another ruler, conquered his home, the Vodka Kingdom, at ten, undefeated throughout the country.
Douglas Bullet, at fifteen, fought Silvers Rayleigh to a draw, prompting the Marines to send an entire Buster Call fleet, including Sengoku and Garp, to capture him.
Monsters achieved what ordinary people couldn’t even dream of.
There was one such monster on their ship now.
“Wait, make that two.”
Doss glanced discreetly at Akainu standing among the crowd, then back at Rosha, whose skin was steaming and red like a cooked shrimp.
“This is insane. Is he naturally gifted with Life Return? Hyperphagia… always hungry…”
Doss pulled out a notebook, adjusted his glasses, and began flipping through it.
“Bone density ten times that of a normal person, resistant to swords.”
“Extremely strong heart, incredibly fast blood flow…”
“Wounds that would take months for an ordinary person to heal took him five days. And that was while unconscious, without replenishing his energy.”
Doss gasped.
“This isn’t hyperphagia. It’s a higher form of Life Return!”
“Transforming food into energy to strengthen the body. No wonder he’s always hungry; the food is used to enhance his bones and organs.”
Doss’s gaze turned to Rosha with intense pity.
“If he were born in Marine Headquarters and his talent discovered and nurtured, his body strength might rival a young Big Mom. Charlotte Linlin’s body, known as the ‘Iron Balloon,’ has skin defense comparable to Armament Haki.”
“Rosha’s bone density… ‘Steel Bones’ might be a fitting term.”
“I recall Vice Admiral Garp has a technique called ‘Fist Bone.’ I wonder if it’s related to Rosha’s talent.”
His thoughts were interrupted by the crowd’s loud commotion. Doss looked up.
Chef Denno, exhausted and foaming at the mouth, lay sprawled on the deck, with several assistants pressing on his chest.
Doss twitched.
“Was that necessary?”
On the other side, Rosha’s red eyes gradually returned to normal as his hunger subsided.
Instead, he felt refreshed, lighter, and more comfortable than ever.
Not being hungry was so wonderful it nearly brought him to tears.
But it wasn’t just a feeling.
His body had undergone an astonishing transformation.
The previously skinny and emaciated frame was now filled with defined muscles after the steam dissipated.
His already tall and broad frame was now muscular, transforming his appearance dramatically.
Standing at two meters three, his long silver hair cascaded like a waterfall.
While his muscles weren’t exaggeratedly bulging, they were much fuller than before.
With a slight fist clenched, his arm muscles rippled, giving a robust and powerful impression.
The most significant change was his face.
The sunken eyes were now vibrant blue gems.
A high nose and thin lips adorned his face, which still carried a hint of youth.
Two strands of silver hair fell over his forehead, giving him a refined and dashing look.
This transformation made Rosha look like a different person, leaving everyone around him stunned.
Hibari was also in awe. When Rosha looked her way, his clear blue eyes captivated her.
“So handsome!”
