One Piece Admiral Seirin - Chapter 55
“Damn it! You’re completely useless! Get out of here! We don’t need you in this battle!” Gladius’s face was dark, like a storm cloud about to burst.
Because, following Rosha’s words, Baby 5, who had been aiming her cannon leg at Rosha, immediately blushed deeply, clasped her hands together, and let out an ambiguous sound. “I’m needed again, so happy~”
Her eyes sparkled with tears of joy, and she looked shyly at Rosha. “Whoever needs me, I’ll do anything for them.”
Saying this, her cannon-leg swiveled and aimed at her companions.
Trebol raised his cane in a gesture of surrender. “Hey, Baby 5, we’re your comrades! We need you more than he does. Yes, we need you to kill him.”
“Is that so? Do you need me more than he does? Then I…” Baby 5 hesitated, turning back towards Rosha.
Rosha’s face suddenly softened with a gentle expression. “No matter what they say, Baby 5, I need you more, a thousand times more. You are a valuable person, not just a fighting machine. Come on, let’s defeat those two villains together!”
“A-a thousand times more? Ah~ so happy, my heart is filled with joy.” Baby 5’s face blushed intensely, even emitting white steam from her head.
She covered her face with her hands, showing an immensely happy smile, then abruptly turned and fired at the teeth-gnashing Trebol and Gladius.
Boom!
The black cannonball hit Trebol’s body at close range, exploding into a huge fireball.
“Take a break and cool off, Baby 5!” Trebol flung a large mass of sticky substance at Baby 5.
“Sticky Bomb!”
“Damn brat, all you know is childish tricks! Go to hell! Black Feather Burst!” Gladius leapt high beside Trebol, his right arm inflating into a sphere, and he aimed it straight at Rosha’s face, exploding on impact.
Whip!
Peacock snapped her whip, not at Gladius, but at the ground.
The ground surged like a wave of earth with a crack, rolling towards the trio on the opposite side.
Simultaneously, Rosha dashed forward, ducking low to avoid Gladius’s explosion, and reached Trebol, jabbing a finger at his lecherous face.
“Finger Pistol!”
“Danger!” Trebol shrieked, rushing forward instead of retreating, intending to smash his mucus-covered face into Rosha.
“This guy…” Rosha’s heart skipped a beat, recalling from the manga that Trebol’s true form was a thin, gaunt figure hiding within a mass of mucus. This bulky body was merely a disguise.
If he hit Trebol’s fake limb encased in mucus, he would be trapped in the sticky substance.
Realizing this, he retracted his Finger Pistol and, with a kick, unleashed a Rankyaku.
Slash!
The air blade sliced through Trebol’s oversized face, revealing the sticky substance inside.
Rosha’s face darkened. “Just as I thought.”
“Quite cautious, aren’t you, Marine brat?” Trebol sneered, his mucus-covered face healing instantly as he swung his cane at Rosha.
Boom!
The air around them exploded, sending a violent shockwave almost suffocating Rosha.
Just one swing from this grotesque man had such terrifying power!
Rosha leaned back, narrowly dodging the cane, and kicked upward.
“Rankyaku!”
“Beh-heh-heh, attacking such a place, how sinister.” Trebol swung his cane again, shattering Rosha’s air blade.
This time, Rosha saw clearly—the cane’s end was coated in a dark color. It was Armament Haki, enhancing the cane’s destructive power.
“As expected! High-ranking officers under the Shichibukai can’t possibly be without Armament Haki!” Rosha rolled away, avoiding another swing from Trebol.
Boom!
The ground exploded into a massive crater, debris flying everywhere.
“Baby 5! Attack his body!” Rosha shouted through the smoke, pulling a strange cross-shaped weapon from his waist.
It was a little, a weapon with bits of Seastone embedded in the front, specifically designed to fight Devil Fruit users. Its hardness rivaled high-grade swords.
According to Drake, such weapons were rare and couldn’t be mass-produced yet.
With this weapon, Rosha could pose a threat to Trebol.
Just as he thought this, a cry from Baby 5 rang out through the smoke, followed by a fountain of sticky substance spewing from Trebol, expanding around him.
“Sticky Wave!”
The sticky waves surged, instantly pinning Baby 5 to the ground. No matter how she struggled, she couldn’t break free.
The sticky substance covering the ground also hindered Rosha’s attacks.
“Damn, this disgusting guy is incredibly strong yet so cautious,” Rosha muttered.
Meanwhile, Peacock, retreating with Shave, whipped anything within reach—the ground, walls, and houses.
Anything hit by her whip seemed to come to life, twisting and lunging at Gladius.
But despite her efforts, she couldn’t stop Gladius’s advance.
“Rock Burst!”
Every stone wall Gladius touched inflated and exploded, destroying surrounding structures.
The powerful blasts struck Peacock, causing her to cough up blood, making Rosha anxious.
At this moment, atop the palace, Ilia raised his glass of red wine, facing the city.
“I hear the song of death, what a beautiful melody! This elevates the play!”
As if responding to his words, the battlefield became a hellscape, with Drake and Hawkins covered in blood, witnessing a scene of carnage.
“Jones! You beast! Stop this!” Drake screamed.
The white giant worm had reverted to human form on the shattered street ahead. Jones stood on a mountain of corpses, his aura growing stronger.
The hundreds of townspeople he controlled screamed in agony, their heads distorting before exploding, releasing fat worms.
Young Jimmy sat dazed, watching his father’s head swell and explode, covering him in blood.
A fat worm crawled from the exploded head towards Jones.
These disgusting worms climbed onto Jones, merging with his body, making him taller and more powerful.
“Mihahaha! Mihahaha! Offer your flesh and souls to Captain Jones! Ilia, this was my real goal!”
“I will swallow this country and its Celestial Tribute!”
