One Piece Admiral Seirin - Chapter 56
“Roar!!”
Drake, covered in blood, let out a wild roar as his body began to swell.
In an instant, he transformed into an eight-meter-tall dinosaur, charging towards the ever-growing Miggs Jones.
Facing the ancient Zoan’s fierce charge, Jones opened his maw full of fangs and laughed maniacally. Suddenly, he stomped down, crushing dozens of fat worms underfoot. His enormous body, now over eight meters tall, left a massive crater in the hardened ground with a single step.
Boom!
The earth shattered as Jones’s forehead, covered in a dark hue of Armament Haki, crashed into the charging green dinosaur like a heavy tank.
As these two colossal beings charged, the entire capital city trembled and shook.
The dinosaur’s eyes were blood-red, its head smashing forward with the determination to break even a mountain.
Bang!
The two monstrous heads collided violently.
The sound of cracking bones was clearly heard.
A cruel smile appeared on Jones’s face as his Armament Haki-clad forehead sent the charging dinosaur flying.
“Roar!”
The allosaurus’s fangs shattered, its eyes lost focus, and blood gushed from the cracks on its head like a fountain. The dinosaur’s massive body carved a long, bloody furrow through the street as it fell.
“Mihahaha! My power is invincible!” Jones laughed maniacally, his empty eye sockets glaring skyward as he grabbed the giant white worms crawling on him and stuffed them into his mouth, chewing messily.
Behind him, one by one, the heads of the capital’s residents exploded, their headless corpses falling to the ground, piling the corpse mountain higher.
Step. Step.
Steady and determined footsteps echoed across the broken ground. Jones paused, raising his hollow eyes forward.
As he lifted his head, those controlled by the parasitic worms behind him also raised their heads. In their eyes filled with pain and despair, Hawkins’s approaching figure was reflected.
Jones had his eyes gouged out by Rosha but could still see through the eyes of his parasitic hosts.
“Mihahaha, even after witnessing my invincible power, there’s still someone who dares to challenge me? I’ll show you what true strength is!” Jones’s body grew even larger, rising another meter, approaching ten meters.
He hunched down, his leg muscles bulging as he launched himself forward like a massive cannonball towards Hawkins.
Hawkins stood firm in the center of the street, slightly crouched, his left hand mimicking the motion of drawing a non-existent sheath. His right hand gripped the handle of his sword tightly, fingers whitening from the pressure, cracking the wooden hilt.
The blood-scented wind blew his golden curls back.
“Iaido—”
The steel blade hummed, and Hawkins’s right sleeve burst, turning into countless blood-red butterflies.
“Die!”
“Shadow Flash!”
Slash!
Bang!
Two distinct sounds echoed simultaneously.
Then came the crisp sound of the steel blade shattering.
“Ugh! Damn it!”
Jones’s massive body had a bloodline from his left shoulder to his abdomen.
Blood sprayed out, staining the ground in front of him.
His chest cavity was sliced open, his abdominal muscles torn, a “thread” hanging from the wound. The excruciating pain made Jones’s massive body tremble uncontrollably.
He was in agony.
And Hawkins…
Boom!
Ilia, with a smile on his lips, looked down from the palace and saw a figure with twisted bones embedded in the rocky mountain wall below, motionless.
Clap! Clap!
Ilia burst into laughter, tears streaming from his eyes.
He clapped his hands, laughing uncontrollably.
“Hahaha! Hahahaha! Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant! Continue! Let me see the answer I seek!”
In the sky, Buffalo shook his head. “Ilia is too crazy. A dangerous genius like him should not be recruited into the family. He’s too dangerous.”
“Captain Drake!”
Seeing this tragic scene, the officers’ eyes turned red. Ignoring Rosha and Bepo’s attempts to stop them, they gripped their swords and rushed out of their hiding place.
“ROOM!”
A wave of air flashed between Law’s fingers, and the officers who had just rushed out were teleported above the inland sea, falling into the water below.
“Sorry, I can’t let you go out to die,” Law said, gripping the hard bread in his hand, gnawing on it like he was tearing into an enemy’s flesh.
His bloodshot eyes scanned the broken capital through the shattered window.
“The turning point… I haven’t seen it yet!”
“Drake!”
Peacock, fighting Gladius, heard the distant beastly roar and subsequent crash, and her heart sank.
“Not good!”
Rosha’s muscles tensed as a strong sense of danger filled him, making his hair stand on end.
This spine-chilling sense of crisis warned him urgently.
His comrades were falling, one by one.
Death was approaching!
He saw Baby 5 stuck to the ground, Peacock retreating, blood dripping from her mouth, and heard the now-absent sounds of fighting in the distance.
He saw Gladius swelling with a terrifying aura and Trebol, oozing a sticky substance, smirking at him.
And he saw Prince Ilia, clapping and laughing atop the palace!
Could this be the end?
Was there still a chance to turn the tide?
As Rosha looked at Trebol’s withered right hand holding the cane, his pupils shrank, and a thought flashed through his mind like lightning.
“Something’s not right! I’ve overlooked something! Why has this guy been attacking with his right hand from the start? Is he too proud to use his full strength, or… was he injured in the earlier explosion?”
“Let me see!”
“Life Return!”
His clothes exploded as his muscles bulged. Rosha punched through the layers of sticky substance on Trebol’s face, launching himself into Trebol’s bloated body.
Trebol was initially shocked but then delighted.
“Beh-heh-heh, Marine brat, has fear clouded your judgment, making you strike randomly? You’re done—ugh!”
Trebol’s smile froze as he felt a hard rod strike his withered body hidden within the mucus.
Rosha’s entire Sea Stone jitter shattered upon impact.
Trebol’s mouth opened wide as his body curved, his emaciated frame being launched from the mucus, colliding with Gladius, who was about to explode.
Caught off guard, Gladius thought Rosha had ambushed him and reflexively triggered his swelling body.
“Full-body Explosion!”
“No!”
Boom!
Trebol’s scream was cut short as he was hurled by the massive explosion’s shockwave, coughing up blood as he flew back towards Rosha.
This time, he was met by Rosha’s tightening fist, skin cracking, muscles taut.
Bang!
The air boomed as Trebol’s old face caved in, teeth flying, his body driven into the ground by Rosha’s powerful punch.
Boom!
