One Piece Devouring Fruit - Chapter 11
There is a hierarchy among Devil Fruits, and while no fruit is deemed the strongest, it indicates that some fruits possess more significant potential than others. Powerful fruits naturally have more potential compared to those with seemingly trivial abilities. The fruit Michion consumed was a fusion of two Paramecia fruits. Individually, these two fruits weren’t weak, especially for someone as imaginative as Michion, a transmigrator.
Michion had an incredibly bold idea, which led to his initial hesitation before consuming the fruit. Nevertheless, he took a gamble. In doing so, he risked potentially not achieving his “bold idea,” obtaining only one of the fruit’s abilities, or encountering some detrimental effect that could render the fruit’s powers useless.
Fortunately, Michion’s gamble paid off! His primary focus was developing the fruit’s abilities and bringing his insane vision to life.

Michion darted through the forest a month later with a ferocious carnivorous Sea King hot on his heels.
“Roar!!”
The beast’s mighty roar shattered the food-rich island’s tranquility, sending birds’ flocks scattering in terror. Though their meals were interrupted, these birds, now noticeably plumper, might flee the island for safety, inadvertently avoiding imminent danger.
In the forest, various creatures cowered in fear, hiding from the enraged Sea King, while those confident in their strength—other Sea Kings—continued feasting undisturbed. The smaller creatures, however, trembled at thinking of who could be foolish enough to provoke such a beast instead of enjoying the island’s abundant delicacies.
Cloaked in a green aura, Michion deftly dodged the Sea King’s swiping claws and snapping jaws, skillfully evading its relentless attacks. Despite growing considerably taller, Michion’s six-to-seven-year-old frame was still tiny compared to the massive predator. Usually, he’d be beneath its notice. Still, Michion had incited the creature’s wrath by using his “Red Aura” on a susceptible area, making it abandon its meal to give chase.
The “Red Aura,” as Michion named his strength-enhancing ability due to its color, increased his physical power significantly. The speed-boosting green aura was called the “Green Aura.” These names served dual purposes: convenience and obscuring the abilities’ true nature in battle, making it harder for enemies to figure out their powers.
The enraged beast, driven mad by pain, was in relentless pursuit of Michion. Its once muscular, powerful limbs were now plump and sluggish, a testament to its time on the food island. Only its menacing expression revealed its former ferocity, though it now resembled a giant, somewhat cute meatball.
“Roar!!” The beast’s attacks are missed repeatedly as Michion skillfully leads it on a merry chase, his small size allowing him to slip past the creature quickly.
“Snatch Force!”
Taking advantage of the creature’s missed strike, Michion, enhanced by the Green Aura, dashed underneath the beast and delivered a punch to its underbelly. Though the punch appeared soft and ineffective, it carried a unique impact.
“Snatch Force” was a technique Michion developed from the “Plunder-Plunder Fruit.” While the punch caused no harm, it siphoned some of the creature’s energy, transferring some to Michion and replenishing his stamina.
Watching the still-energetic beast, Michion felt a mix of frustration and determination. Playing with this monster was a desperate measure. The island’s other animals had become so lazy from overeating that they were practically immobile, leaving Michion no choice but to provoke a capable adversary for his experiments.
This particular Sea King, having arrived later and thus not as overweight, was still agile enough to provide a decent challenge. Its sluggish movements ensured Michion’s safety while he tested his abilities.
Dodging the creature’s stomping limbs, Michion continued to land “Snatch Force” punches, gradually draining its energy while maintaining his own. Over time, the frequency of the Sea King’s attacks decreased as its strength waned, while Michion’s strikes grew more frequent and effective.
“Roar…”
With a final, feeble roar, the Sea King collapsed, exhausted from Michion’s relentless energy-draining assaults. Michion leaped onto the beast’s head, delivering a few more punches to ensure its complete incapacitation. He then activated the Red Aura to boost his strength and drew the sword he had scavenged from a pirate, driving it into the beast’s eye with a powerful thrust.
“Roar!!”
Blood sprayed onto Michion as the creature thrashed in agony. At that moment, a faint, snake-like figure appeared within Michion’s surrounding aura—a serpent biting its tail. This spectral serpent, almost invisible, seemed to come to life, enveloping the beast.
Sensing its impending doom, the Sea King’s struggles grew frantic, kicking up dust in its death throes.
