### Chapter 54: Not at Full Power! Let Me Take On All of You!

“I didn’t misspeak. Come at me all at once!” Rokujin nodded confidently. Despite his assurance, Smoker and the others exchanged hesitant glances, not making a move. “Watch out!” Smoker warned, frowning. The five of them tried to defend against the attack. The sword energy was too fast, even faster than their Soru, making it impossible to dodge. The smoker used his Smoke-Smoke Fruit to turn his body into smoke, avoiding the attack. The other four used Haki to block the sword energy, but today’s Rokujin was far stronger than he was two years ago. The fierce sword energy and powerful impact sent the other four flying, crashing into the training ground wall, which left a huge hole with dust billowing up, obscuring their figures.

“Impressive,” Smoker muttered, turning to look at Rokujin. “I didn’t expect your swordsmanship to be this strong!”

“You’ve all gotten stronger too, or you wouldn’t have been able to withstand that strike,” Rokujin replied earnestly. He hadn’t used Haki emission in that strike; otherwise, Smoker would have been injured too.

“Let me see just how strong you’ve become!” Smoker wasn’t convinced, turning most of his body into smoke, leaving only his head solid, with a cigarette in his mouth. “White Blow!” His right fist, hardened with Armament Haki, turned to smoke and shot towards Rokujin.

Rokujin’s eyes narrowed. He imbued his sword with Haki, turning it black and wrapped it around the blade, red arcs of electricity flickering. With a quick slash, he sent out a wave of red Haki-imbued sword energy towards Smoker’s iron fist.

The clash created a powerful explosion of energy, but Rokujin’s strike was stronger, forcing Smoker to retreat. “Smoke out!” Smoker gritted his teeth, trying to dissipate the sword energy with his smoke ability, but the energy was too strong. His arm re-materialized with a painful wound bleeding profusely. Smoker had to turn his arm back into smoke to alleviate the pain.

“Don’t use Devil Fruit abilities in front of Rokujin. He can use Haki emission!” Zephyr reminded them. Smoker’s face fell; he hadn’t realised Rokujin had mastered such advanced Haki techniques, which none of them had yet learned.

Meanwhile, Ain and the others had recovered and joined Smoker. “We have to attack together, or we’ll never beat him!”
“Alright, we’ll lead the attack, Ain, you support us and use your ability on him!”
“Understood!”

With that, the five of them launched another coordinated attack. “White Blow!”
“Six Powers: Tempest Kick!”

Seeing their attacks, Rokujin’s eyes flashed as if he could see their trajectories. He moved lightly, dodging all their attacks using only Observation Haki, not even needing to use Soru. However, after missing once, Smoker and the others attacked again, continuously pressing Rokujin and forcing him to retreat. Despite this, Rokujin remained calm and collected.
