Yuan Yi, clad in a black robe with a hood concealing his face, calmly replied, “No need for alarm, I’m not here for you.”

“Gurarara, no matter who you’re here for, your actions are a declaration of war!” Whitebeard laughed, his immense power surging as he punched.

The Gura Gura no Mi’s power exploded, making the sea seem enraged, the immense force targeting Yuan Yi.

To everyone’s shock, Yuan Yi lifted a finger, and all disturbances ceased.

This scene astonished everyone, even Whitebeard, who couldn’t fathom what had happened.

“Old man! What happened?!”

It wasn’t until then that others noticed something was amiss, some watching the sea, some reading, and others discussing things. Now, they all turned toward Whitebeard.

They rushed over, but alarmed Whitebeard shouted, “Stay back!”

This man was terrifying. What had he done? Why did Whitebeard’s attack just vanish?

“Sharp reaction,” Yuan Yi noted, seeing his target. He pointed, and Toki’s eyes lost focus.

Seeing his wife suddenly step forward, Oden noticed her odd behavior and tried to hold her, but his movements became stiff, allowing Toki to break free.

Whitebeard, furious, said, “Are you trying to take my family?! No matter who you are, I’ll kill you!”

Oden was Whitebeard’s brother, making Toki his sister-in-law. Yuan Yi targeting Toki was intolerable.

Whitebeard unleashed his full power, his fist covered in Haki, the Gura Gura no Mi activated fully, capable of shattering an island.

“Don’t make bold statements lightly; it only reveals your weakness,” Yuan Yi said softly, and with a touch, Whitebeard’s power vanished again.
