One Piece Space Fruit - Chapter 33
Seeing Evan, who had been clearly poisoned and collapsed, still struggling to get up, Magellan shook his head.
“As a world-class criminal of the Infinite Hell, you should spend your life there. Coming out only hastens your end.”
Magellan stepped forward, approaching Evan.
“Cough, cough… What do you know,” Evan struggled to prop himself up, sitting against the wall. The poison seemed to have spread throughout his body.
“My longing for the outside world and the people I miss can’t be quenched by slowly dying here,” Evan forced a smile, looking at Magellan standing before him.
Magellan’s massive frame blocked out the light entirely, casting a shadow that enveloped Evan.
“Then you can long for them in hell. Soon, I’ll send your companions who attempted to escape with you to join you.”
Magellan raised his left hand, venom forming into a dragon shape, covering his fist.
Just as the venomous dragon was about to strike, a glint of light flashed in Evan’s eyes, and he moved his fingers subtly.
Magellan’s massive body suddenly shuddered, the venomous dragon halted, his eyes full of disbelief.
“You… you!”
The venomous dragon burst forth, crashing down on Evan, but the figure in front of him vanished, teleporting away at the last moment.
The next moment, Evan appeared in mid-air, standing on a spatial block, looking down at Magellan with no signs of poisoning.
Looking at Magellan, the back of his black uniform had a sword embedded in it, half the blade sunk into his back, blood flowing continuously, mixing with the venom dripping to the ground, creating a ghastly scene.
“You’re not poisoned?!” Magellan turned, his cold gaze fixed on Evan, unable to believe that his potent venom had failed.
“Of course I was, but I detoxified myself.”
Evan smiled. He had indeed been poisoned by the gas, but the dose wasn’t lethal.
Over five years, his Vajra Body had reached the second level, strengthening his internal organs and blood. This significantly enhanced his resistance to internal attacks like poison, granting him a degree of immunity.
Combined with the self-healing properties of his plant tattoos, he quickly detoxified the poison. The venom he fell into earlier was actually kept at bay by a thin layer of Armament Haki (though Evan’s Haki wasn’t strong, it was enough to isolate uncontrollable venom).
Pretending to be poisoned was a ruse to make Magellan let his guard down and fall into his trap.
“You… deserve to die!”
Magellan pulled the sword from his back, venom enveloping his hand, instantly corroding the steel blade into useless scrap.
He was truly enraged.
The venom on the ground moved like it had a life of its own, covering Magellan’s body. The overwhelming and chilling aura was palpable.
Powerful venom continuously emanated from his body.
Sizzle!
Magellan’s body released venom in the shape of a giant skeleton, rapidly corroding the ground, and spreading its deadly poison.
Evan watched as the venom formed a massive demonic shape around Magellan. If contaminated, it would surely lead to complete corrosion!
“I can’t hold back any longer!”
Evan’s face grew stern as he activated his spatial ability.
“ROOM!”
He expanded a giant spherical space, then pressed his hands inward, causing the space to compress.
The spherical space’s walls glowed white as they rapidly shrank, condensing into a light orb hovering between his hands.
Evan tightly gripped the light orb containing its terrifying power.
“Be buried by this move!”
Magellan’s eyes glowed coldly, his terrifying venom surging like a volcano, forming a fist aimed at Evan in the air.
“Venom Giant: Hell’s Judgment!”
Evan pressed his hands down,
thrusting the light orb towards Magellan. “ROOM: Atomic Bomb!”
The purple venom and the white air bomb collided with terrifying force.
For a moment, time seemed to stand still.
Then the two forces exploded outward, releasing their destructive energy.
BOOM!!!
Venom boiled, air burst, and immense pressure swept through the fourth level, destroying everything in its path. The prison structures shattered, and countless cells broke apart.
All of Impel Down trembled with the impact.
“What the hell is happening?!”
“Damn, is that giant Sea King ramming Impel Down again?”
“No way, I saw the guards looking pretty panicked earlier. Could something be happening in Impel Down?”
“What could be happening? Is someone trying to escape?”
Prisoners in countless cells were puzzled, whispering among themselves.
Meanwhile, in the Marine Headquarters, inside the Fleet Admiral’s office.
“What’s the current situation in Impel Down?”
Sengoku, seated, seemed uneasy.
“Report! According to the latest information, the situation is still under control!” A marine messenger reported quickly.
“When will Kizaru arrive at Impel Down?”
“Report! He will arrive in about half an hour!”
“In that case…” Sengoku pondered for a moment, his glasses glinting. “Send Akainu as well!”
“Yes, sir!” The messenger saluted and left.
“If Garp were here, this would be much easier,” Sengoku sighed. Garp had taken a six-month leave to “educate” his grandson, leaving Sengoku helpless.
“Impel Down is crucial to the world government’s authority; it cannot be compromised!” Sengoku’s eyes were cold.
Five years ago, the Golden Lion’s escape had severely damaged the world government’s reputation. If another incident occurred, it would not only bring ridicule but also embolden the rebellious pirates of the world.
“One Golden Lion incident is enough!”
Meanwhile, on the third level, the Starvation Hell.
snow and Crow had fully transformed into their massive beast forms, battling a cigar-smoking swordsman.
snow took the offensive, black flames scorching the air, while Crow defended, his body covered in Armament Haki.
Despite their combined efforts, they were significantly disadvantaged against Shiliew of the Rain’s incredible swordsmanship!
Shiliew casually swung his sword, white sword energy bursting forth from his blade, sharp and threatening, tearing through the air.
“snow, watch out!”
Seeing the sword energy aimed at snow’s wolf form, Crow moved to intercept.
Splat!
The white sword aura struck Crow’s enormous black armadillo form, leaving several not-too-deep but painful gashes.
Adding to these, his armadillo body was already covered in crisscrossing wounds, blood staining his fur.
snow’s wolf eyes were icy, her body burning with intense black flames as she lunged at Shiliew.
Shiliew swung his sword, extinguishing the black flames with his deadly aura.
“snow, take Master Night Emperor and go! I can’t hold him off much longer!”
Crow coldly stared at Shiliew, his giant armadillo form almost entirely covered in dark Armament Haki, gleaming with a steel-like sheen.
snow remained silent, black flames surging from her body as she formed a fiery black orb and launched it at Shiliew.
“Is this all you’ve got?”
Shiliew sneered, his sword aura shattering the black fireball.
“Crow, give me five seconds!”
snow suddenly retreated, black flames swirling around her body.
“Got it!”
Crow braced his massive form, standing firmly before snow like an iron wall.
