It got late, and the air grew increasingly colder.
In a dried-up well, the Mirror Demon opened his eyes, instinctively licking his lips.
“It’s time to go,” he murmured, and slipped into the half mirror floating in front of him.
The scene shifted.
In the blink of an eye, the Mirror Demon found himself in a spacious bedroom.
He observed the room and shouted, “Yoshida! Yoshida! Where are you?”
The Mirror Demon was furious when he didn’t find Yoshida.
At that moment, the lights turned on.
The sliding doors opened, and a young man dressed in black with a long sword at his waist walked in.
“Master was right,” the young man said firmly, drawing his sword and adopting a fighting stance.
“Tanjiro Kamado, here to fight!”
“Hmm?”
The Mirror Demon was startled.
The clothes on this kid were clearly those of the Demon Slayer Corps!
Could it be that Yoshida…
Before he could think further, the Mirror Demon attempted to escape.
But a hand with golden arcs of electricity grasped his life-saving mirror tightly.
“Now that you’re here, there’s no rush to leave,” Jon said with a smile as he stepped out from the “Inner World.”
The Mirror Demon was furious.
“You seek death!”
As fast as the words were spoken, Tanjiro struck.

He clapped his hands suddenly.

Jon’s eyes lit up.

The Mirror Demon was baffled by how Jon knew about the Demon Progenitor.
After a long hesitation, he put on a menacing look and said, “The one I’m talking about is lord Wakuraba!”
‘Wakuraba?’
Jon repeated the name.
After pondering for a moment, he lightly shook his head.
“I don’t know him.”
‘Lord Wakuraba is one of the Twelve Kizuki! His strength is unfathomable! If you know what’s good for you, you’ll let me go!’
Afraid that the name of his master wouldn’t intimidate Jon, the Mirror Demon shouted, “You lot, you won’t even be enough to fill Lord Wakuraba’s teeth!’
When he heard ‘Twelve Kizuki,’ Jon remembered.

In Infinity Castle, he was miserably killed by Muzan Kibutsuji.

Zenitsu obediently summoned layers of golden ripples.
As Jon’s first disciple, Zenitsu had been studying Ripple Energy longer than Tanjiro and the others, albeit he didn’t really make much progress.
Still, acting as a ‘UV searchlight’ was more than enough.
“You might as well give up. I will never reveal Lord Wakuraba’s whereabouts!”
“Wait, what’s that? What is this power!”
“Stop! Please stop!”
“I’m begging you, I’ll tell you everything!”
“I promise to be honest.”
‘Wakuraba is in Wuxian City! Wakuraba is in Wuxian City!’

The Mirror Demon put up a brave front.
But it didn’t hold up completely.
After just three to four minutes, he was nearly roasted due to Zenitsu’s Ripple.
He revealed information about Wakuraba in one go.
Jon took note silently.
He instructed, “Alright, send him off.”
Upon hearing that, Inosuke, Tanjiro, and Kanao reached out their hands.
With tide-like Breathing Style, they washed away the Mirror Demon’s evil soul.
Genya Shinazugawa watched his peers with a hint of envy.
It was such a miraculous power.
Unfortunately, he couldn’t master it.
“What are you thinking, Kirby?”
Jon walked over and tousled Genya’s rooster-like hair.
