One Piece's Bizzare Adventure - Chapter 63
Jon’s eyes immediately lit up.
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I was just too careless!”
Seeing Jon not speaking, Koichi Hirose felt flustered and kept bowing in apology.
After coming to his senses, Jon smiled and waved his hand, “It’s alright.”
“What a gentle man,” Koichi Hirose thought to himself as he met Jon’s gentle gaze.
After a moment of contemplation, Jotaro said, “Young man.”
“Yes!” Koichi Hirose subconsciously stood at attention. “Please, give your orders!”
Jotaro knew immediately from the way Koichi addressed him that he was a victim of bullying in his old school.
Jotaro hesitated for a moment, then said, “Do you know if there are any households with the surname ‘Higashikata’ in town?”
“Higashikata?” Koichi Hirose pondered for a moment.
He vaguely remembered schoolmate with that surname who had a strange hairstyle and was very popular with girls. What was that guy’s name again?
Just as he was pondering.
Suddenly, a black shadow attacked!
Jotaro was about to call out ‘Star Platinum’.
Unexpectedly, Jon was quicker. With a casual reach, he caught the flying black shadow—a dazed turtle with small, black bean-like eyes.
“Friend, we can’t just throw this away!” Jon shivered involuntarily.
Turning his head, he saw a group of delinquents surrounding a guy with a unique hairstyle.
“Josuke Higashikata? What a weird name, too hard to pronounce. From now on, we’ll call you Jojo,” the leader of the delinquents smirked, looking quite punchable. “You don’t mind, do you?”
Josuke Higashikata replied respectfully, “Thank you, senior, for giving me a nickname.”
“You’re quite polite. By the way, your jacket looks pretty nice, I’ll take it,” the delinquent leader laughed and started extorting naturally.
“No problem.”
Hearing this, Josuke Higashikata actually started unbuttoning his jacket obediently.
“Hurry up, you idiot,” the delinquent leader became even more smug. “If you keep dawdling like this, I’ll shave off your atomic little diamond-like hairstyle!”
The atmosphere tensed.
Josuke Higashikata suddenly stopped moving.
“Hey,” he raised his head. “What did you just say my hairstyle looks like?”
“Huh?” The delinquent leader was a bit confused.
Before he could react.
A dazzling punch struck fiercely on the delinquent leader’s face!
Jotaro was astonished, “Stand?! “
Jon, on the other hand, casually raised an eyebrow.
Finally, my foolish little brother showed up.
How could the combat power of ordinary people compare to Stand users? With just one punch, the delinquent leader flew three or four meters away.
Josuke Higashikata’s face turned cold. “Even if you’re god, I won’t let you off for making fun of my hairstyle. Just because of you, you dare to say my hairstyle looks like Miss Conch’s?”
“Nobody ever said that!” The delinquent leader, lying on the ground, covering his bleeding nose, explained shakily.
“Stop talking nonsense!”
Josuke Higashikata lifted his foot and mercilessly stomped on the leader’s face.
Not far away, Jon nodded imperceptibly.
Hmm, this style of doing things was indeed the ‘Golden Spirit’ passed down through generations of the Higashikata Family.
“Good grief,” Jotaro lowered his hat and walked slowly.
Jon hesitated for a second, then said to Koichi Hirose, “Koichi, perhaps we’ll meet again someday.”
“Oh, alright,” Koichi Hirose replied hastily.
Only after Jon left did he suddenly realize.
Strange, did I introduce myself? Why did that person know my name?
Putting aside the ‘true protagonist’ Koichi for now, Jon followed behind Jotaro, heading straight for Josuke Higashikata.
Seeing the turtle in Jon’s hand, Josuke exclaimed in delight, “So you caught it, that’s great!”
Jon handed the turtle to Josuke. “Just did it on a whim.”
Jotaro’s gaze swept back and forth between Jon and Josuke’s faces.
Ignoring their height and stature, purely based on looks, the two resembled each other by at least fifty percent.
Josuke also noticed this and couldn’t help but look puzzled. “Are you my relative?”
“Well, in a way,” Jon smiled.
Jotaro glanced at his watch, then at Josuke’s student uniform. “Time is limited, let’s talk as we walk.”
Josuke pondered for a few seconds.
“Alright.”
Three minutes later, on the path to Morioh High School.
“Though it’s a bit delicate, relationally speaking, I am your nephew. My name is Jotaro Kujo, an oceanographer.”
“And your father’s name is Joseph Joestar, currently 78 years old, the founder of ‘Joestar Real Estate.'”
“The old man is still healthy for now, but for future inheritance purposes, he specifically investigated and found out that there’s still a son like you out there.”
“So, sooner or later, you’ll inherit one-third of the old man’s estate.”
Jotaro calmly revealed the truth of the matter.
At this point, he smirked with a mysterious smile.
“That old fart, saying something like ‘I only love one person in my life.’ Granny Suzi Q and the old man have been married for 61 years, and it’s the first time she got so angry.”
He laughed, he actually laughed!
I didn’t expect you to be this cunning!
Jon, who had been observing Jotaro’s expression all along, facepalmed.
“I’m really sorry,” Josuke suddenly bowed.
Jotaro was taken aback. “Why are you apologizing to me?”
“Anyway, the quarrel between families is really not good.”
“My mother said she genuinely liked that person before giving birth to me, and I accept that explanation.”
Josuke raised his head.
“Please convey to my father, uh, Mr. Joestar, right? Just let him live well with his wife, no need to worry about me.”
He was so gentle, it was really moving.
Jon pondered silently, if it weren’t for the inexplicable setup (referring to the hair-trigger temper), Josuke Higashikata would really be the most well-tempered one in the Joestar family.
As they walked and talked, the school was in sight.
Josuke waved to Jon and Jotaro. “That’s it for now, I have to go to school. Goodbye, both of you.”
“Wait!” Jotaro’s expression turned serious.
With that, he pulled out a few photos from his pocket. “Although I don’t know how, when the old man used his Stand ability to search for you, he unexpectedly got these few photos.”
“No doubt, the person in the photos is very dangerous, likely a Stand user.”
He hadn’t finished speaking when Jon blinked and suddenly said, “Jotaro, leave this matter to me. I know where this guy is hiding.”
