Only I Know the Plot of the Anime World - Chapter 13
The items were excellent, but Fang Bo had no intention of using them immediately.
The explosion’s power was astonishing, but afterward, the Colossal Titan was a moving target.
Being too conspicuous in a world filled with powerful beings would lead to focused attacks.
It might be helpful in a team setting, where others could provide healing and protection, but for a lone wolf like Fang Bo, transforming into a Titan was practically a suicidal move.
“I’ll wait until I get back to the Reincarnation Space and see if I can trade with someone else.”
Fang Bo was now filled with anticipation for that mysterious place, a stark contrast to his initial apprehension upon entering the world of Titans.
Stowing the items into the tattoo on his wrist, he examined the three delicious-looking steaks.
Sauce Steak: Restores 50 health points.
Such a valuable item for health recovery! After a fierce battle, it could instantly restore his condition, making it an excellent tool for sustaining himself.
The items were all great, but he was most satisfied with the modified 3D Maneuver Gear.
Name: 3D Maneuver Gear Mark IV
Grade: Fine
Category: Off-hand accessory
Attack Power: 2-5
Maximum Endurance: 30 minutes
Maximum Thrust Speed: 58 m/s
Durability: 45/45
Attribute Boost: Strength +1, Agility +1
Usage Requirements: Constitution 7, 3D Maneuver Gear Control Lv3
Equipment Effects: Burst Speed, Blade Replacement
Origin: Attack on Titan
Equipment Evaluation: Improved model; don’t attempt maximum speed without sufficient physical fitness.
Burst Speed (Active Skill): Increases sliding speed by 10% for 10 seconds.
Blade Replacement: Provides six-blade sheaths for on-the-fly weapon swapping.
“Maximum thrust speed of 58 meters per second?”
Reflecting on his usage, Fang Bo knew this was just theoretical data.
The 3D Maneuver Gear couldn’t fly directly; it relied on grappling hooks for movement, meaning each move wasn’t a straight line.
Considering the hook’s launch and retrieval, an average speed of seven to eight meters per second was already impressive.
Still, it could be used for explosive movements to approach enemies and dodge attacks. Combined with Fang Bo’s high perception, it would create a powerful synergy.
The main issue was that he didn’t meet the equipment requirements, lacking two points in the Constitution.
“Only well-tempered soldiers can use the 3D Maneuver Gear, let alone this improved version.”
Stowing the items in the tattoo, Fang Bo stood up. Mikasa, crouching nearby, had already rushed to another battlefield.
Moments earlier, two golden flashes had pierced the night sky, signaling the start of the ambush.
There should have been three flashes, indicating one had yet to appear. Either the soldiers had succeeded in a sneak attack, or Mikasa’s worst fear had come true.
Regardless of the reason, Mikasa needed to get there quickly.
As for Fang Bo, his control was far from perfect. The two Titans were already near Wall Rose when he reached the battlefield.
To most people, Captain Levi was a grim reaper, and being targeted by him meant being dismembered.
However, the two Titans before him were particularly challenging.
The Armored Titan’s defense was nearly impenetrable, except at the joints.
Reiner knew this well, never giving Levi a chance to get behind him. He wouldn’t let Levi touch him, even if others landed a few blows.
As for Annie’s Female Titan, she used a straightforward tactic, hardening her nape and charging towards the wall.
She didn’t understand why she was exposed; she just wanted to go home to her father.
“Shit.” Levi’s eyes narrowed, his attacks becoming even more ferocious as he saw the Armored Titan charging towards the gate.
Wall Rose’s gate would shatter completely if it hit the gate with full force, rendering all previous efforts futile.
With an extreme sidestep, Levi severed the Armored Titan’s left arm. Just as he prepared to deal with the Female Titan, the two Titans clasped hands and began spinning.
The gale generated by their massive bodies forced all soldiers to retreat temporarily; getting caught could result in lifelong disability, at the very least.
Using Reiner’s immense strength, the Female Titan was flung far, now just a step away from Wall Rose.
“Is it still not enough?” Fang Bo turned, seeing Reiner charging towards the gate.
The enemy had decided to split up, knowing Levi could only chase one of them.
While unsure of what happened to Bertholdt, they planned to let at least one escape or cause as much damage as possible.
“These devils must be punished.” Reiner fumed, anticipating his friend’s fate.
Now, he would continue his mission as a warrior.
“Damn it, damn it all.” Eren, covered in blood, was gnawing on his hand in frustration.
No matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t transform into a Titan because he hesitated.
Even seeing the truth firsthand, he couldn’t believe those three were the murderers responsible for so many deaths.
Yet, this operation couldn’t succeed without him; they couldn’t contain both Titans otherwise.
Fortunately, Fang Bo arrived just in time to give him some encouragement.
“Hey, Eren, I remember you telling us about your hometown.” Watching the stunned protagonist, Fang Bo’s malicious gaze made others shiver. “You said, what do you think those three felt when they heard about your mother being eaten by a Titan?”
“Maybe they thought, this idiot is so funny, he doesn’t even know we…”
“Shut up!!!”
Eren’s veins bulged as golden lightning began to crackle around him.
Indeed, this brat needed provocation.
Satisfied, Fang Bo leaped aside, witnessing Eren Yeager’s transformation process.
“Reiner, Bertholdt, Annie…”
“I’m going to kill you traitors!!!”
Roar!!!
The Attack Titan roared, charging at Annie like a demon from the abyss.
With Mikasa’s assistance, they soon pulled the Female Titan off the wall, severing her right leg.
Fang Bo’s eyes lit up, recognizing an opportunity to steal the kill.
As Annie swatted the Titan away, Fang Bo shot into the air, his grappling hook piercing the Female Titan’s shoulder.
“Die!”
