“Zhou Wei, you and Tang An are from the same place? What are reincarnators and Dark Ones?” Armin asked, bewildered. From Zhou Wei and Tang An’s conversation, he gathered that they were from the same place, but the terms reincarnation, Dark One, and the chosen ones Tang An hunted were still unclear.
Neither Armin nor Eren, Erwin, and Hanji needed help understanding.
However, one thing was sure: Tang An was their enemy, while Zhou Wei was on their side, sharing a familiar foe.

Most importantly, the mindless Titans from all directions charged at them madly.

Eren jumped from a rooftop, biting his right hand as he transformed into the Attack Titan with a burst of golden lightning.
“Connie, Jean, Armin, Zhou Wei, support Eren. The rest handle the mindless Titans,” Erwin ordered quickly.
“Yes!”
“Everyone, stop the mindless Titans from approaching!”
“But Commander, there are too many mindless Titans.”
“No matter how many, we have to stop them to buy Eren and the others time,” Erwin roared, slicing through the nape of a mindless Titan who had once been his subordinate.
“Yes!”
The soldiers moved, fighting through fear and screams to buy Eren time. But the sheer number of mindless Titans was overwhelming.
Titans charged towards them everywhere they looked, turning Wall Rose and Wall Sheena into a living hell.
“Roar…”
Now the Attack Titan, Eren hardened his hands and roared, charging at Tang An like a cannonball.
Tang An’s gaze remained cold, his attention mainly on Zhou Wei.
At the same time, Zhou Wei, Armin, Connie, and the others used their ODM gear to find an opportunity from above.
Eren’s strong and swift punch aimed at Tang An’s head with a loud sound.
Tang An remained calm, sidestepping and drawing his kukri knives. As he passed Eren, he slashed at Eren’s neck.
“Now!”
As Tang An moved, Zhou Wei sprang into action, quickly reaching Tang An’s nape.
“Bang!”
Sparks flew as Tang An’s knife cut into Eren’s neck, but it got stuck halfway through.
“Shocking Hundred Miles.”
Enveloped in purple energy from the Nine Yang Divine Art, Zhou Wei struck a five-meter-long golden dragon with his palm, roaring toward Tang An’s nape.
Sensing the danger, Tang An knew his hardening wouldn’t protect him. In the Beast Titan form, his defense was weaker than in the Armored Titan form with hardening.
Tang An quickly hardened his elbow and thrust it backward, colliding with Zhou Wei’s palm. Despite his speed, Tang An’s right hand exploded, blood and flesh flying.
Steam billowed from the wound.
Zhou Wei was thrown back, his face pale, but the Nine Yang Divine Art restored his color.
“Roar…”
Zhou Wei’s powerful attack gave Eren an opening. Eren’s neck steamed as it healed rapidly. He planted his left foot on the ground and hardened his right leg, sweeping it towards Tang An’s abdomen.
Although aiming for the head, the Beast Titan was two meters taller than the Attack Titan.
With his right hand unusable, Tang An blocked with his left, keeping his nape hardened. Armin, Sasha, and Connie were ready to strike with thunder spears, weapons capable of piercing the Armored Titan’s armor.
Taking Eren’s kick head-on, Tang An staggered back, crushing a building and releasing a cloud of steam.
“Roar…”
Eren roared, leaping onto Tang An and pounding his head like a cannonball. Strangely, Tang An didn’t resist, letting Eren smash his head.
“Eren, watch out!” Armin shouted, seeing Tang An behind Eren’s nape.
Tang An had deactivated his Titan form and used his uncanny speed, catching Armin off guard.
“Damn, I can’t harden in time,” Eren felt the wind at his nape as Tang An’s kukri knives slashed through, exposing Eren’s actual body.
“Slash…”
The blade cut through Eren’s waist, his face contorted in pain as he was sliced in half. Just as Tang An was about to pull Eren out, Zhou Wei instantly appeared like a phantom, covering ten meters.
“Dragon of Regret!”
A five-meter golden dragon roared, forcing Tang An to abandon Eren and retreat ten meters away using Soru, glaring at Zhou Wei.
But before Tang An could catch his breath, Armin, Connie, and Sasha appeared overhead, firing thunder spears like rockets.
“Boom…”
The massive explosion tore through the air, and the entire building was blown.
