Unscientific Scientist From Sunagakure - Chapter 123
The demonic desert hurricane stirs up rolling yellow sand.
Two people came out from behind the sand curtain.
The people who came were Sasori and Deidara who were ordered to capture Gaara.
The blond Deidara glanced at the sand ninja truck that was driving in the distance.
“I really want to see some explosion.”
“The speeding car suddenly exploded with a bang. That was the fireworks of art.”
Sasori replied: “Don’t disturb our plan. Don’t alert the other party first.”
“You are really cautious.”
Deidara caught something a little strange.
“Why are there these strange cars in Sunagakure?”
“Sasori, do you know?”
Sasori: “I don’t know, it seems to be related to the Fifth Kazekage.”
Not much was reported back from his spy buried in the Sunagakure, Jounin Yura.
Deidara thought that he could target the Sunagakure and bombard it later.
He was a little excited.
“Then let’s go quickly.”
“I really want to see the expressions of the ninjas in Sunagakure when they appreciate art.”
The two arrived at the predetermined location and met the spy Jonin Yura.
Sasori unlocked Yura’s memory.
Sasori: “Take us into the village.”
Yura: “Okay, sir.”
The three of them headed towards the village.
“Isn’t that a village? Where else to go?”
Deidara mistook Faraday Industrial Park for a village.
Yura replied: “That’s not a village but the Faraday Industrial Park.”
Sasori and Deidara were confused as they looked at the tall wall of the industrial park, the strange crystal towers at the two corners, and the numerous buildings within the wall.
Why would anyone build such a large complex near a village?
And what the hell is an industrial park?
Sasori: “Don’t worry about it, go to the village to capture Gaara first.”
The three of them continued towards the village.
They had no idea that all their movements were captured by the camera and transmitted to the control room of the central control tower.
Mukaze had already deployed surveillance equipment such as cameras disguised as gravel within a radius of two hundred miles of the Sand Ninja.
Central tower command room.
The style of the command room is similar to the bridge layout of a star battleship.
Mukaze sat on the command chair in the middle of the command room.
In front of him is a large main screen and multiple smaller screens.
The walking Sasori and Deidara were displayed on the main screen.
Busy at the bottom of the screen are the ANBU personnel belonging to Kazekage Mukaze himself.
Guest Tsunade sat on the chair next to Mukaze.
Shizune stood behind her.
Gaara was carrying a gourd on his back and standing next to Mukaze with his arms folded.
Tsunade and Shizune stared curiously at this modern science fiction scene.
Both of them were speechless for a moment.
Mukaze was directing.
“Do the Industrial park has entered the third level of alert?”
The ANBU responsible for contacting the industrial park replied: “The industrial park has entered a level three alert state. All production has been suspended and workers have entered shelters.”
“The park’s defense equipment is already in operation and can fire at any time.”
“All arc tops in Area A have been raised, completing the protection of Area A.”
“Area B is two-thirds complete and there are still two minutes left to complete everything.”
“Area C…”
Tsunade saw a screen below showing that all the arc tops on the village roads were slowly rising, and they were connected together to cover the entire village.
She thought to herself: “It turns out this is used for defense.”
Mukaze: “Are the cannons ready?”
“All cannons at the ready.”
Mukaze smiled slightly.
“Then let’s get ready to play some fun games.”
Sasori, Deidara, and Yura slowly approached the Sunagakure.
The brand new Sunagakure was completely unrecognizable to Sasori.
The iconic windproof boulders of Sunagakure have all been replaced by tall towers that look like windmills.
They were spinning wildly.
The earth-yellow Sunagakure in the past has completely changed.
Terracotta white walls.
Tall.
The momentum is compelling.
Behind the wall are eight taller crystal towers.
There are many incomprehensible machines rotating on the wall.
Yura explained: “Those are automatic ninja guns, ninja cannons, etc. Those high towers are called Defense Towers. They are all defensive weapons arranged by the village.”
Deidara: “Sasori, have you seen it?”
Sasori: “No.”
Although he have never seen it, it is due to the sensitivity of a talented engineer.
He obviously felt that these things were not simple.
“We’d better be careful.”
Sasori reminded Deidara.
“We’d better sneak in and arrest him quietly.”
The proud and belligerent Deidara disagreed.
“Hmph, how can crawling in like a gopher fit in with my temperament, Mr. Deidara?”
“Even if Sunagakure has high walls and weird defensive weapons, so what?”
“Everything is dim and dull in front of my art.”
“I’ll just blow them all up.”
Deidara directed Yura: “Go open the door.”
Sunagakure is actually different from other villages.
The village gate is closed.
There wasn’t even a ninja guarding the door.
Now that there is a subway, no one goes in and out in the bright sun.
Naturally the door is closed.
The three of them came to the gate.
There was a mechanical sound coming from the wall.
“Password.”
“Sledgehammer eighty.”
Yura replied: “Small hammer forty.”
Mukaze picked up the phone in a playful manner.
“Wrong password.”
Deidara: “What’s wrong?”
Mukaze laughed.
“Now what’s the password?”
