Ugetsu Asari and Knuckle were both top-tier combatants. Ugetsu Asari made a stronger impression among the Marines, especially after defeating Mihawk and earning the title of the World’s Greatest Swordsman. He even defeated Kaido, making his reputation soar even higher. Because of that, most people believed that Ugetsu Asari was stronger than Knuckle.

As soon as Ugetsu Asari stepped his foot on the battlefield, Mihawk, who had been silent until then, suddenly opened his hawk-like eyes, and his aura suddenly changed. From this aura alone, one would be able to tell how deadly Mihawk’s sword was.

“Can’t we wait until after this battle? Knuckle and I have come to end this battle. If we fight now, these people will likely start fighting again.” Ugetsu Asari said helplessly as he already knew how Mihawk would respond.

Seeing this situation, Knuckle understood and patted Ugetsu Asari’s shoulder, “Well, just deal with your challenger properly. I’ll take care of the rest.” Knuckle then led Vongola Family elite members that came with him. 

After a brief silence, Ugetsu Asari helplessly said, “It seems there is no better option.” He then shifted his gaze to Mihawk. He held his three short swords in his hand that was imbued with Rain Flame. “Mihawk, take your stance! This time, I will treat you as an enemy, so don’t expect me to hold back. One move will decide the outcome between us… Do your best to survive!”

Last time they duelled, Ugetsu Asari held back and spared Mihawk, but such a thing only happened once to swordsmen like them. If he held back this time, it’d be disrespectful to Mihawk!

“It’s the same requiem, and you can listen to it now!”

The sky turned dark and gloomy as Ugetsu Asari’s aura began to permeate in the surrounding.
