Giotto next headed to Water 7. The purpose of his visit was to pay his respect to Master Tom.
Giotto knew that Master Tom would be targeted by the World Government, so before that incident happened, he had Issho contact Master Tom, saying that Vongola Family was willing to extend a helping hand. However, Master Tom refused. Although he didn’t know what was in Master Tom’s mind at the time, but according to what he said to Issho, he had already built several magnificent ships, carrying proud men to sail on the sea. Then, he used his last bit of energy to create the sea train that could save Water 7. He felt that he had led a fulfilling life. And in his final moment, he could still save his apprentices that he treated like his own children, and that was more than enough.
Just like how Shanks bet his arm on the future, and Master Tom bet his life on Franky and Iceburg’s future!
This made Giotto feel like the will of the world was paving the way for the future Pirate King, Monkey D. Luffy. After all, Franky was Luffy’s shipwright in the future.

After disembarking the ship, Giotto and Aria set foot in this water capital. Compared to a few years ago, this city was indeed much more prosperous. The Sea Train has made business more convenient. The instant Iceburg turned around, the look on his face immediately changed. Even though he and Giotto weren’t that close. They had only met a couple of times before, but it certainly left quite an impression for him. After all, Giotto was his teacher’s friend, and also a well-known figure. Even if most people here didn’t recognize him, he remembered him very well.
After all, Vongola Primo was a person who single-handedly fended off Aqua Laguna!
